No response at drive thru, and I pulled away after 6min at the menu board.Called the phone number to inform them of 2 drive offs due to being ignored. Man on the phone says “we’re not ignoring you, we’re closed.” Even though their website listed them as being open until 10pm.

The kid that took my payment thought it was cute to tell me my card was declined and have me give him cash. When I questioned him further knowing I had cash in the account he said “it says your broke” I said excuse me and he repeated it, “it says your broke”. Then give me my card, cash, and receipt back tell me he was playing. I don’t find it a bit funny that this kid had me thinking my account had been hacked.

They always jip you on fries and it doesn't matter if you have 1 or 4 items. They gonna tell you to park on the other side of the building and then you wait another 20 minutes for part of your order. Can't give you drinks before you pull off to park on the opposite side.

Food was good... service was horrible... tried to order online...app wouldn't work... tried to call someone no one would answer... found out at store it was the manager that wouldn't answer the phone....ice was out...child taking orders coped an attitude with me...all in all...I come from Tennessee to this restaurant in Stevenson Alabama...not sure that's going to happen anymore....

We call back to let them know and without saying anything rude, we're met with nothing but attitude, disrespect, and unprofessionalism. We will not be spending any more money here.

We have been coming to Burger King in Stevenson Al for a while now. We eat out often and when we do its normally bk. They always get it wrong and we were always patient and willing to hand food back, but honestly when I called today, the man aruged that this was the last time, but they were to one's to mess our order up. We said nothing rude, but the conversation was nothing but disrespectful. We will not return and hope they get better management.
