My husband got us both gravy n biscuits, they put the plates in sideways and set the bag upright, of course gravy everywhere, tried to eat biscuit could not even cut it with a knife,,, of course all was thrown away, we are NOT wealthy and cannot afford this...train your folks better please!!!

Perfect visit. Late evening on Black Friday and they were terrific. They even made a menu item for by special request because it wasn't normally served after breakfast.
Cold evening and we sat right by the fireplace.

We were extremely thankful for the kind and caring staff at Jack's in Stevenson, AL tonight! My daughters and I were on a trip when my van broke down an hour and a half from home at 9:30 pm. We were able to coast into the parking lot next door at the American Inn, but were extremely unkindly treated by the man on night staff at American Inn when his manager told him to tell us that we were trespassing and had to leave. When we tried to explain that we were stranded and far from home, he accused us of lying about our car trouble and said he would call the police and have us charged with trespassing. I went into Jack's for my daughters to use the restroom, highly upset. The night staff asked what was wrong and proceeded to all come out in the cold to help us push our broken down car up the highway to their parking lot. They allowed us to come in the store to stay warm and compose ourselves while waiting for my husband to come to our rescue as well as keep our van there overnight until we could figure out how to get it home the next day. I am so appreciative of their compassion and kindness during a time that I felt helpless and so devastatingly mistreated by American Inn! I truly needed the encouragement that there is still kindness and compassion in the world at that moment and the employees at Jack's are those kind and selfless people! Thank you!!!

Lady at cash register was on something bad she took my order a biscuit a pancake plate and a deluxe breakfast plate 145 dollars she messed with it a while while also pacing back and forth mumbling to herself for a 15 min then went and got manager with to about 5 min Finley got our food and was not worth the 16 I spent
