I go to jacks alot. I don't get the best greeting at night.i when this night and ordered "bacon ranch fry.the first order look old I took it back in they were not happy to begin with. I wasn't disrespectful or mad.just want them to look like what they looked liked the first couple times I ordered them.Well got them replaced and opened it up.it was discussing.the Fry's were in what looked like a bottle of ranch. And a teaspoon of baconWhen I took it back .the girl was as hateful as can be.she told me she was busy and what did I want them to look like.Iam a manager at a fast food in Kimble I would never let food go out like the or treat customers in a hateful way. And I always liked jacks.

Old and dirty store to start off with. Got four orders of fries and they were completely orange with salt and inedible had to throw them all out. Tea had turned so had to throw those out to. Cookies were odd too, like dry with melty chocolate. Really sad because we had a five star experience at another Jacks days ago. If consistency is this far off, think I will stay away from Jacks although especially when a family member told me they got food sickness at a Decatur one.
