Got to McDonald’s at 10:39 a.m. Once ordered, we waited forever for very terrible food. The fries were burnt, my snack wraps were poorly put together, the Big Mac had too much sauce and little lettuce. The Coke and Sprite we got had no flavor. It was just fuzzy water. They told us to pull up to the front because our food still wasn’t ready. We drank our drinks, it was bad. My fiancé went inside to swap out drinks. Here come an employee with the food. She just stood there while I struggled to roll down the window on the drivers side. (I’m sitting passenger) I asked why didn’t she give the food to my partner that went inside? She just walked away. So I’m never going there again. Terrible food and terrible experience.

Very unprofessional to close the store before scheduled hours with zero signs posted and be sitting outside cutting up and smoking on the clock. I guess my expectations for a mcdonalds were too high thats on me.

I have to say that I would think twice before I stop at this McDonald's again. We stood in line to order over fifteen minutes, then another fifteen minutes or so before we got our food. The employees were not friendly or apologize for the wait, the drive thru was backed up and people were parking to come in and order. So if you are in a hurry don't stop at the McDonald's in Stevenson, AL.

Went through the drive thru on May 9, 2025 at 9:30 pm. The employees were on the verge of being rude. The Big Mac I ordered was cold and sloppily put together, I know the sandwich is typically messy but this was ridiculous. The cheeseburgers we ordered were cold as well and the buns were hard, crunchy hard.

I come to this McDonalds all the time morning shift is great. But the night shift is absolutely terrible multiple times I’ve come around 9:00 at night and the management is outside and just hanging out. Tonight I sat in the drive thru from 9:30-10:00pm to order a couple drinks and I’ve noticed that every time I have this bad experience at night it’s always the same girl manager standing around and making one guy work
