My little sister and I come here often and every time we do, our order is constantly getting messed up somehow. Not only that, but the attitudes of the employees that work the windows are awful. No friendly greeting at the speaker, the window employees make me feel unwelcomed and just uncomfortable. They just toss your food at you without saying a word. I work at Jack’s right across the street so I know what it’s like working customer service, and I know that having a friendly, welcoming attitude is one of the most important things not only for business but for reputation. Do better McDonald’s!!

We ordered a burger and the grinch fries we wait 20 mins to get our food just to get a small fry and a burger with a burnt patty the worst of all they left out the grinch salt and we had no recipe to show proof so will not be going back to McDonalds for a while…

It is tues, Nov 18 2025. Between 5:40 and 5:50 pm ct. I went through drive through and ordered 2 mcchicken,4 double cheese, and 2 baskets of fries for my kids and wife. I asked for sweet and sour and honey mustard and the refused any without charging. Not only was my children to eat dry fries but the 2 mcchicken wasn't in there. This company is so greedy that my kids have to eat dry fries and my wife doesn't have her mcchicken. At this point I feel were owed compensation. This corporate name is gone to trash at this point.

Literally made an order over 2 hours ago for breakfast. turns out they never made it, wouldn't give me anything in place of it, and they were just rude and unprofessional.
I ordered a chicken sandwich combo. The fries were dipped twice (yes McDonalds, we can tell). The chicken was a color I'd never seen on a chicken and it tasted like it was fried in burnt grease? Anyways, the garbage can loved it. You shouldn't pass off your failures in the drive thru. Total waste of money and you screwed me over. Take some pride in what you do and be a little more respectful to your customers. This wasn't even fit food for my dog.

Got to McDonald’s at 10:39 a.m. Once ordered, we waited forever for very terrible food. The fries were burnt, my snack wraps were poorly put together, the Big Mac had too much sauce and little lettuce. The Coke and Sprite we got had no flavor. It was just fuzzy water. They told us to pull up to the front because our food still wasn’t ready. We drank our drinks, it was bad. My fiancé went inside to swap out drinks. Here come an employee with the food. She just stood there while I struggled to roll down the window on the drivers side. (I’m sitting passenger) I asked why didn’t she give the food to my partner that went inside? She just walked away. So I’m never going there again. Terrible food and terrible experience.

Very unprofessional to close the store before scheduled hours with zero signs posted and be sitting outside cutting up and smoking on the clock. I guess my expectations for a mcdonalds were too high thats on me.

I have to say that I would think twice before I stop at this McDonald's again. We stood in line to order over fifteen minutes, then another fifteen minutes or so before we got our food. The employees were not friendly or apologize for the wait, the drive thru was backed up and people were parking to come in and order. So if you are in a hurry don't stop at the McDonald's in Stevenson, AL.
