Probably won't be back to this location. For some reason, they are absolutely incapable of making online orders correctly, even when they are tipped. No matter what day or time it is, or who is working, there is almost always something wrong. This time, we ordered the hotshot Italiano, not toasted, and they gave us something with pepperoni, salami, and ham, toasted. The elite chicken bacon ranch that is supposed to have 2x cheese hardly had any cheese at all. They also did not put the extra cheese that we paid for on one of our sandwiches. And I'm 99% sure they didn't even toast the sandwiches we wanted toasted but microwaved them instead because the cheese was completely melted but the bread was cold and stale. I know mistakes happen, but this is almost every single time.

Sweet tea had no sugar, we got 2 pizza subs om flat bread , light sauce , extra cheese. As u can see how soggy the bread was beacause it was ice cold. AFTER waiting 30

I come here all the time on my way to scottsboro but this time I was ready to ring that little girls neck that was in there. Never seen her before but she DOES NOT need to be working in customer service AT ALL!! You dont throw change into someone's hand! When your out of something tell them POLITELY! All I asked was do you have anymore tomatoes it required a simple No Ma'am nothing more. Also I told her at the register I had the change for my total she just went on and cashed me out didn't even allow me to count the change out of my purse! She will never serve me again that's for damn sure!

Just left this location. I would give it more stars because some of the employees are really great. I am in this location almost everyday for lunch and there is one young lady that never washes her hands or looks like she doesn't even bathe. She came out eating today and didn't wash her hands. I asked her (were you eating seafood?) Hoping she would get a hint but, all she did was put gloves on.. Then she rings up that order (I had 2 orders), she comes back to make the other order and still doesn't wash her hands and didn't change gloves. I stopped her and said "I'm sorry but can you at least change you gloves".That's crazy that you would touch everything even your face and not change gloves at the least. I will be walking out everytime I see her in there if she is the only one to make something. The other lady's in there are great. And clean.

The two young ladies in this location are the fastest, best sandwich builders I've ever seen!!Stop by and watch them at lightning speed
My daughter just left there... she ordered a sweet tea and Dr pepper and when she got to the window they informed her they didn't have sweet tea or the Dr pepper, so obviously since she paid for both drinks she asked for her money back on the drinks where the girl said no. And it would take 20 minutes to brew a tea. And my daughter hates conflict and it took everything in her to ask about her money back. This was her n her husband's dinner and they don't splurge often and both deserve to splurge all the time. So I'm here to say if a customer asks for a refund for the item she paid in full for and u don't give her just give the refund!!! Very poor customer service there!! Do better subway do better
