Sweet tea had no sugar, we got 2 pizza subs om flat bread , light sauce , extra cheese. As u can see how soggy the bread was beacause it was ice cold. AFTER waiting 30

I come here all the time on my way to scottsboro but this time I was ready to ring that little girls neck that was in there. Never seen her before but she DOES NOT need to be working in customer service AT ALL!! You dont throw change into someone's hand! When your out of something tell them POLITELY! All I asked was do you have anymore tomatoes it required a simple No Ma'am nothing more. Also I told her at the register I had the change for my total she just went on and cashed me out didn't even allow me to count the change out of my purse! She will never serve me again that's for damn sure!

They never answer the phone . You can't place a order over the phone bc they never answer . Online says they close at 10 but you go in and they closing at 9.

Just left this location. I would give it more stars because some of the employees are really great. I am in this location almost everyday for lunch and there is one young lady that never washes her hands or looks like she doesn't even bathe. She came out eating today and didn't wash her hands. I asked her (were you eating seafood?) Hoping she would get a hint but, all she did was put gloves on.. Then she rings up that order (I had 2 orders), she comes back to make the other order and still doesn't wash her hands and didn't change gloves. I stopped her and said "I'm sorry but can you at least change you gloves".That's crazy that you would touch everything even your face and not change gloves at the least. I will be walking out everytime I see her in there if she is the only one to make something. The other lady's in there are great. And clean.

My daughter just left there... she ordered a sweet tea and Dr pepper and when she got to the window they informed her they didn't have sweet tea or the Dr pepper, so obviously since she paid for both drinks she asked for her money back on the drinks where the girl said no. And it would take 20 minutes to brew a tea. And my daughter hates conflict and it took everything in her to ask about her money back. This was her n her husband's dinner and they don't splurge often and both deserve to splurge all the time. So I'm here to say if a customer asks for a refund for the item she paid in full for and u don't give her just give the refund!!! Very poor customer service there!! Do better subway do better

They are slow in every area of the experience! To lazy to get meatballs out. So they say they are out. Sandwich thrown together raw bacon. The worst experience I have been to thus far. And this is my hometown subway!
Never disappointed with subway food. You build your own sub and it is great. Better than any burger...

I'm so tired of this business with their high prices ( charges more than the closest city next to it)! More than that the only one person working behind the counter with a line to the door!!! At dinner time! This poor young lady is actually working faster than most I've seen in a long time! But still needs more people on the front line working!

The wheat bread was stale. I ate about half my sub. The bread was stale and tough. It just didn't taste right. Bread must have been there for days. Got it toasted but it was barely toasted. Looked inside. The cheese was hard on the sides...old. The bread was cut all the way through. So everything was falling out. Threw the rest of the sub out. About an hour later I got a stomach ache. 17 hours later and my stomach still hurts. In bed trying to recover. In the past everything was OK. The workers were very nice. The food is just old and bad.
