I purchased 1 biscuit and bacon and 3 biscuits and sausage and a side of sausage. Sometimes their biscuits are perfect and at other times they are greasy/gummy. Today I think whomever baked them added to much (taste like) bacon or sausage grease in them. If they would put less grease or what ever they are putting in the biscuit dough they will be more flaky which i prefer. This is not a negative review it is strictly my preference. Everyone has their preference.
