Ordered a pizza, opened the box and nothing was there. Ordered again and the cheese was just to stretchy, I didn’t trust it so i ordered another, and it’s like a human used a torch on it, it was so burnt, so I ordered another and.. well.. here’s the thing.

Hair in food. Employees cussing out loud with customers in lobby and the manager just sitting on her ass outside smoking while only 2 people worked. Inside looked dirty too and waited 40 minutes on just 1 puff when they said it’ll be 10 minutes.

I don’t know if it’s just today or not but this is a warning that if you order online or call in an order, you might want to check in on them before picking it up. When we got there to try and pick up our order ,our order hadn’t even been started yet 20 minutes after I ordered it this is what we were told “ we have been getting tons of scam calls and orders from people who would order thousands worth and then just not show up to come get it”. None of this made sense to me because I had already paid online for my order. when it was brought up that their excuses didn’t add up they tried to give every excuse in the world on why it wasn’t their fault. I work for a fast food company and I know this is highly unprofessional. Do better.
New pretzel crust was great. Service was good. Girl at the window was very friendly and had a great personality. Only reason score was so low on the atmosphere was it is mainly a drive thru.
