There is this one worker her name is karley she was the best server/car hop I have ever had I was having js a absolutely terrible day and I decided to get a milkshake she made my day 10x better in my opinion someone who can help that much definitely needs a raise

I ordered pickle fries to get home and have seasoned pickle friends fries. They did not tell me they didn’t serve pickle fries anymore. Just assumed I wanted fry’s with pickles seasoning. Spent $30 and got told I had to pay for each packet of ranch. I ordered one and the manager took my food back and inside and dug through my bag. Said it was in there.. um no sir it wasn’t because of it was at the bottom it would have been hot from ALL the hot food. So I gave him 1.50 for 5 extra ranch’s! We will not be back to sonic. Oh and the hamburger taste like a bean burger! Get it together Sonic! You suck!

Refused to give sauces that came with meal when I asked about them he said I would have to pay an additional sauce charge and when I explained I didn't get any that was supposed to come with order he said there was nothing he could do

Rude unprofessional hateful never get what you order and the order boards suck they can’t hear you can’t hear and they think they are to good to walk across to the back row even if all the other parking is full! The do or did have 2 or 3 great servers but not satisfied at all with the food or the service or the hospitality would rather drive to jasper or Gardendale

1 order placed on app the store charged my card THREE times. Had to go through corporate to get it refunded. The 2nd time we gave them a chance husband & daughter ordered at the stall & they brought my daughters food out. Before they leave the guy comes back to the car saying the payment at the stall didn't process & takes my daughters food away that she was already eating. I then placed her same order on the app for them to get instead & the same guy brings out ONE drink after a long wait. I call the store & ask can they manually type a card inside or run one inside & I'm told yes but they never tried that before taking my childs food away when my husband's card supposedly wouldn't swipe at the stall. I had to explain my online order & how they only delivered a drink to the car & not even a drink from my order. It was another long wait to where I had to call back & ask them to please deliver my childs food. Absolutely ridiculous.

I don’t think l've ever gotten what I paid for at Sonic in Sumiton. I've been going there for years and never complained about it(I'm just not the type). Well I did today and apparently the food budget comes out of the shift managers paycheck because she was not accommodating at all to my complaints. Probably won't be back so thanks whatever shift manager I talked to. Didn't really care enough to get her name.
