Rude unprofessional hateful never get what you order and the order boards suck they can’t hear you can’t hear and they think they are to good to walk across to the back row even if all the other parking is full! The do or did have 2 or 3 great servers but not satisfied at all with the food or the service or the hospitality would rather drive to jasper or Gardendale

1 order placed on app the store charged my card THREE times. Had to go through corporate to get it refunded. The 2nd time we gave them a chance husband & daughter ordered at the stall & they brought my daughters food out. Before they leave the guy comes back to the car saying the payment at the stall didn't process & takes my daughters food away that she was already eating. I then placed her same order on the app for them to get instead & the same guy brings out ONE drink after a long wait. I call the store & ask can they manually type a card inside or run one inside & I'm told yes but they never tried that before taking my childs food away when my husband's card supposedly wouldn't swipe at the stall. I had to explain my online order & how they only delivered a drink to the car & not even a drink from my order. It was another long wait to where I had to call back & ask them to please deliver my childs food. Absolutely ridiculous.

I don’t think l've ever gotten what I paid for at Sonic in Sumiton. I've been going there for years and never complained about it(I'm just not the type). Well I did today and apparently the food budget comes out of the shift managers paycheck because she was not accommodating at all to my complaints. Probably won't be back so thanks whatever shift manager I talked to. Didn't really care enough to get her name.

Went there this week. Order a double smash without onions. Got the order and receipt said no onions but they put them on it anyway. Ring the inside and told them i order no onion and told them i was allergic to onions. They came and got the burger took it back inside. Instead of making a new burger they waited about 5 min and scraped the onions off and send it back to me. I know is was the same one by the way is was put back in the box. Melted cheese was on the wrong side and Still had onions on it. I open the door and went inside and told them i knew what they did and showed them they didn't scrap them all off. I look at the one that took it back in (which i don't think is allowed by the health dept) and told her if i would have ate it i would be in hospital later on that night. They seem not to care and said they would make another one. By this time i was running late and just left. Sometimes when people tell you to leave a item off, it is not cause they don't like it, its because of health reasons.

The double meat smash burger is my jam. My wife gets one in a meal and we are always filled up afterwards. I don't get tomatoes to avoid a soggy burger as we eat them back at home.

We spent over $20, and they charged us .58 for a small water after our meal and a $2 tip for the car hop! I know 58 cents isn't going to break me. It's the principle of the things. The order taker was rude as well. Too many Sonics to choose to go back to that one.

Ordered coke zero rt44 and it tasted really weird and I believe had cherry flavor in it that didn't ask for. Cold mozz sticks and also ordered a med coke with vanilla with light ice and it was all ice!??? Literally had a couple sips not sure if that was a joke but im not laughing.
I rarely have issues at Sonic. Tonight we order a 44 oz ocean water. We received a med. Not sure how they got med out of 44oz.

You should not have to order half price shakes and pay forever them on the app. You should be able to purchase them at Sonic for half price after 7:00
