The ordering was an issue when I was there 2 weeks ago also.They person taking my order kept hanging up before I was finished. So I decided to use the app. That was a huge disaster!! I was charged 2 times for my order and when it was finally delivered the lady told my friend....not even me that they couldn't do anything about my card being charged twice that I should call the number on the receipt. Thanks for coming..A TIP ISNT REQUIRED BUT ITS APPRECIATED!!I have never in my life.And the young lady walked away from my friend when she was only given 1 dollar as a tip.

Ordered a pretzel and a power aide slush. The pretzel was hot, fresh, and salted perfectly. Not a fan of the berry mountain power ade slush, shoulda put some Nerds in it!Vegetarian options: They mentioned a vegititarian, but I couldn't understand why they kept calling it tube steak?
The food was cold. Ordered chili cheese tots with extra cheese and extra chili. There wasn't any more than if I hadn't ordered extra but I was charged for extra. The tots were rock hard. My orders have been like this several times. I don't usually complain but enough is enough.

I ordered a Large shake and unlike the other fast food places think that a large is small, Sonic gives you a LARGE shake! 32oz of delightful ice cream and whip cream. I ordered 2 ft long cc conveys but got 2 small. I love Sonic and hope you do too!

Everytime I come here the food is great but today when I came around 4:45, they served me really quick!!I even tipped the waitress, but now I see why the service was so quick!! They served me exactly what I ordered, but was disgusting!!I ordered a chili cheese coney and the hotdog is like chewing rubber, the bread is dry and stale and the French fries are too salty and old!!Yuckkkkk!!!Gross ?? ?I couldn't eat it and that's ridiculous!!!Please make this right Sonic of Sumiton!!
