Let me start by saying I am an educated woman with a Master’s degree. However, it does not take a degree to know how to comprehend a coupon and the expiration date. This is my first negative review to ever write, due to being a generally, happy-go-lucky person. If there was an option for zero stars, I would click it. HORRIBLE customer service! I come into this subway weekly, and have dealt with one worker in the past who was extremely rude and rushed everyone to tell him what they wanted. I have not seen him in a while and it seemed that maybe they were under new management, as many Subways are. Well, today I had an experience there that was unlike any other. I handed the woman my coupon that said the words “Expires 10/1/23.” She proceeded to tell me that because it said the word “Expire” on it, that it was expired. I am attaching a picture of the coupon so that everyone will know. Obviously, I do not need the extra few dollars that my coupon would have saved, but this time, it’s the principal of the matter. If there is a manager that would reach out to me, I would be happy to discuss my experience in detail.

I just had the most uncomfortable experience. The gentlemen that worked there clearly were having a bad day. They were short with answers and snappy with comments. They were laughing and making snarky remarks to each other under their breath. It was just plain uncomfortable. There were quite a few people in line so maybe there were frustrated but they shouldn't act that way in front of customers IMO.

This place is never clean anymore, there’s water under the floor, they never wipe down tables or the soda machines, they don’t change out the food in the containers until well past the date they’re due to be changed, they just sit in the back and ignore customers and are incredibly rude to the Walmart employees. Not only that but they have completely ignored me when I was standing in line and they just sat there and stared at me. They often hide in the back to avoid customers and are often rude all around.

Disappointed in my chicken salad I had Spinach and basic cucumbersit hardly had any lettuce at all not one tomatoe which I ask for. So if you have a big order I suggest have them make one sandwich and salad at a time while watch them closely

My Honest Assessment
We eat here often and for the most part the food is fresh and the service is good. The turkey salad is the best.
No one here will wear a mask during the middle of a virus outbreak. I asked the manager if their employees would wear a mask and she said no. Then the employees said they didn't have to because they didn't think the disease was a big deal.

I give this subway a 1 because of their lack of care for the health of their customers. In the mist of the COVID-19 pandemic this subway does not require employees to wear mask for food prep or making sandwiches. The employee told me that he doesn’t wear a mask so I asked for someone who wears a mask to make my sandwich. Which they did. But this same unmasked employee was prepping food in the back. I don’t understand how this is ok.
