I had the best country fried steak I’ve ever had, the mashed potatoes were perfect, the green beans tasted like Grandma’s, and the roll tasted like homemade sourdough!!!!
My husband had fried chicken and said it was so nice to eat food that was fried perfectly in clean oil and the cornbread was actually fluffy!!! He loved the mashed potatoes and green beans as well.
I’m so glad we tried this authentic soul food restaurant and can’t wait to return to try their other menu options!!!

Jayden was a waiter, he was very kind and made great menu selection. I had the fried chicken,(it’s amazing, cooked perfectly and so tasty) mashed potatoes, and broccoli casserole. The food was fresh and cornbread was amazing! If you want good home cooking try this place!

This is an amazing restaurant. It’s well seated for families despite the little parking availability. Jayden was our server and let me tell you, this young man was so amazing and attentive to all the guests that were in our party and others in the restaurant. He had such a welcoming aura and knew the menu really well. His service and hospitality was 10/10 seriously. Then to top it off the food was absolutely impeccable. I had the red velvet chicken and waffles with a veggie omelette and cheese grits. Everything thing was amazing, and I ate every drop. The mimosas are also amazing, be sure to get the peach. Everything we purchased was delicious and again the service was the icing on the cake. This place is a must visit if you’re in Foley, Alabama.
