The ladies were prompt and SUPER polite! I've had some really good meals at Waffle House, but the lady cooking made me the some of the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had from a chain restaurant. And my Cheesesteak Omolette, WOW!!! You owe it to yourselves to stop in for a QUICK bite to eat sometimes.
There is a waitress who is too distracted, she serves you coffee and doesn't bring you a spoon, nor cream, hot sauce and jam but she brings them to you when you are almost leaving, I bring the waffles when after calling her for a few times they are cold because she had forgotten them in somewhere, in short I want to give second chances but there is always something to talk about that place.
I give this Waffle House 5 stars because you know exactly what a Waffle House is and what to expect. I have dietary restrictions and worry about allergy contamination. The crew listened to my concern took care in preparing me something to eat and mentioned safe serve and Waffle House training. I have friends in food service so hearing their words gave an extra ease to my visit. Thank You!
