I just went to Arby's in Sylacauga AL at about 4 pm. I went inside. There was nobody there at all.
Two employees were at the drive through window talking, a black male and female. The black male saw me. We looked at each other, but he continued to talk to the lady. I stood at the counter for about a minute and a half. They continued to talk & ignore me.
The lady then took a couple of steps towards me, but then stepped back to the male to continue to talk. I told them bye and since they were too interested in talking then helping someone I would go somewhere else. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Stewart Lessley

Bro. Wot in the absolute heckity heck. For starters I had to say the order three times. After the first time the employee didn’t respond. Second time they asked again. I get to the window. They’re looking more disappointed than Lurch from the Addams family. I didn’t order any market fresh food, but those fries were cold enough to be on that portion of the menu. The worst WORST worst thing about my food. The biggest disappointment: A GYRO DRIER THAN MEMAW IVEYS SKIN ON THE COLDEST WINTER DAY. There isn’t enough sauce in the world to moisten that thing. I didn’t know you guys were trying out a jerky recipe but I guess I appreciate being able to try it??

Door dashed an order. Asked on my order for Arby's sauce and ketchup. WHEN we received the order no condiments and no napkins..tried to call the store multiple times and they either didn't answer or when they did, they hung up when I started explaining the situation. Get over yourselves. .
