Arby's is the only fast food resteraunt that I eat at when I'm on the road. They usually always have a special. This time was the 4 roast beef for $10. Got drive thru.

11/15/2025 @ 1:35 p.m.- (I have receipt). There were no customers inside or at drive thru. We waited for 8 minutes for someone to take our order over the speaker. After we had to say hello for the third time a lady came over the speaker to take our order. As we pull up to pay and get our order we were told to pull to first parking spot and that they will bring it out. We waited there for 11 more minutes. Meanwhile 2 other cars pulled through and received their meals fairly quickly. When the female came out with our order she had the rudest attitude. Never spoke at all. I said Thank you and she threw up her hands, rolled her eyes and walked back into the restaurant. The sandwiches were cold so I knew that they were not freshly made. My husband and I were completely shocked with the actions and rudeness of this one employee. We will never be back to Arby’s In Sylacauga.

It's crazy that yall cut off the lights on the menu sign outside so I can't see what to order or maybe act like you're closed by the way it was 9:16 pm on Google yall don't close till 10 pm

I just went to Arby's in Sylacauga AL at about 4 pm. I went inside. There was nobody there at all.
Two employees were at the drive through window talking, a black male and female. The black male saw me. We looked at each other, but he continued to talk to the lady. I stood at the counter for about a minute and a half. They continued to talk & ignore me.
The lady then took a couple of steps towards me, but then stepped back to the male to continue to talk. I told them bye and since they were too interested in talking then helping someone I would go somewhere else. TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Stewart Lessley

Building kind of rough looking (older building) Staff was excellent, high energy and polite.
They gave me the wrong sandwiches and didn’t give me my side order and when I tried calling to fix it they never answered the phone I’m extremely disappointed that I didn’t get half of my order right when I just spent $30 there

Had a burger from there yesterday, it was old and reheated. The edges were hard and crisp and very hot. The fries looked like scrap pieces and they were cold also.
