I ordered the 4piece fish dinner and cheese sticks to split with my 3 yr old. The only thing fresh was the cheese sticks. The rest was old. Tried calling but no one will answer the phone.

I stopped at this restaurant on occasion, usually it's good, this past time I stopped and got a 4-Piece fish to go, when I opened it I had a very small portion of fries and no hush puppies.

The drive thru is a joke. They lock the doors over an hour before close. Ill definitely be calling a manager in the morning and sending an email straight to corporate and calling them directlyas well. The wait times are absolutely ridiculous. Over 30 minutes in line for an online order.

My shrimp were hard as a rock the fish tasted microwaved the corn was dry and the green beans were sour worst food I've ever got from there and I couldn't even get the crab out of the shell
I have nothing to say good the people have no get up and go no real good customer service at all these restaurants in this little town need to be reevaluate the food maybe good but service suck bad

Paying bills in Sylacauga and down from At&T there's a Captain D's. My sister wanted a catfish dinner. She ordered catfish with green beans and cold slaw. I forgot, we went through the drive thru. The employee taking the order was friendly and thanks for your patience. We paid for the food and cashier "have a good day". We did have to wait a minute. My sister could not wait to get back home before she starts eating the food. Wow!! It is that good. A good choice in Captain D's.

Got to be the worst Cap. D’s ever. Last 3 visits the food was garbage. Even told the mngr on my most recent and I still got garbage. Okra was dry cold and old, broccoli was old, fish was cold, crabs were dry and old. Everytime it’s the same. I don’t mind waiting for food, I do mind paying $24 dollars for garbage.
