I spent over $100 on pizza. The 1st time I ordered 5 pizzas, 2 pepperoni and 3 cheese. The 1st time the pizzas were the worst I've ever seen. The 2nd time they wasn't much better. The 2nd time they had absolutely no sauce on them. I'm trying to feed 5 grandbabies and we had to just eat the 2nd ones. We swopped from Little Ceasars in Sylacauga Alabama to Dominoes in Sylacauga. We have a new pizza hut, gonna give them a try. Dominoes in Sylacauga, Alabama should be ashamed of themselves for sending something out that looked that bad! I wish I could post these pictures to show you how bad they were!

A gave a one star because the service was horrible they were rude and we ordered a supreme but they missed all the toppings and we went back and we asked for extra pineapple not three hole pineapples look at the photo we will never comeback

Domino's Pizza, they sold me a pizza that was not good at all,it was puffed up in places and missing some toppings and I think that was not right for them to do that to a customer.?↕️ I want a refund.

just ordered delivery and the driver was VERY rude. her name is kimberly. when she arrived i walked to her car and she didn’t even get out of the car just had the door open holding the pizzas so i grabbed them and told her thank you then she slammed the car door shut and sped out of my driveway literally kicking rocks and then stomped on the gas and flew down the road. we order pizza here atleast once a week and have never had someone so rude for absolutely no reason. disappointed for sure. husband got really upset when i told him and said we won’t order here anymore.

I'm going to ask a question here. I'm bored and I like to read reviews. The one stars usually don't disappoint. I ate domino's tonight and thought I would just read some reviews. I was disturbed at the amount of reviews more than 6 from all walks of life. These are people that did carry out and they mentioned roaches in the lobby and one said there was one in his box when he opened it. I hope they are not true.

Love dominos. Pizza is usually very good. Sometimes better than others but overall very good.
Walked in was greeted but had to wait for there personal conversation to be over to be helped, then pay and go home and open pizza to find out they can't follow directions on the order, I asked for the pizza to be cooked well done and the square cut, neither 1 of these was accomplished so I had to drive back and ask for my money back. It will be again a long time before I go to the Sylacauga store.

My order took 3 times the estimated order time. Half of that time it was sitting in “prep” according to the tracker. Called the store and was just told “yeah it’ll be there any minute” as I’m seeing it just then going into the oven as I was on the phone. Terrible customer service. Her excuse was a large order ahead of mine, but as a previous pizza cook myself, I know that even a full board should not take 30 minutes to get through unless their staff are extremely poorly trained. Which might be the case considering the lack of customer service skills from the worker I spoke to. At least the food was mediocre. And the delivery driver was very friendly.

We ordered a 3-topping large pizza and an order of feta spinach cheesy bread. The pizza was a bit sparse on toppings but was okay. The cheesy bread was very disappointing. Eight dollars for the bread and over three inches at each end had no cheese or spinach, just greasy pizza bread.
