I assume you only get good service during the day. At night, you either sit at the drive thru waiting for the store manager to get finished with her cigarette for 8 minutes before anyone ever speaks to you or they play the automated message over the speaker that they are closed even though they aren't. I am disappointed every time I come here after dark.

Hardee’s in Sylacauga AL was excellent today! I’ve ate here since I was a little girl. Food was fresh and the staff was friendly while very helpful. Best of all they brought back my favorite: cinnamon raisin biscuits! Thanks Hardee’s!

The absolute GOAT at four in the morning when I'm drunk AF or hungover. They're always super kind and courteous, quick with my food, and the quality is bussin for that early in the morning EVERY TIME. Highly recommend.

Bathrooms were filthy! Even had plastic covering one commode it was so pad. The only other commode had poop everywhere. If the employees use this bathroom oh my goodness hope they washed their hands really well. Disgusting!

I came in at 8:30pm I ordered a biggie bag and was told they had no ham and cheese or chicken tenders. So I got the cheeseburger option with (no cheese) went to get some sweet tea and was told they didn’t have any because she was getting off at 9:30 and had already cleaned the container my burgers came out with NOTHING on them. Last time I’ll be coming here

Hardee's Sylacauga has the best chicken in town along with great angus beef burgers, plus the staff is always friendly and helpful. BTW: The Hardee's app is easy to use too.
