I was so glad they were serving breakfast until noon. I have been going to Hardee’s to get a biscuit every Tuesday and Saturday I get my mom and boyfriend one also. I’m part of the late crowd between 11-12 . Today as always being Saturday I drove across town there were several cars ahead of me ordering so I made it to the speaker at 11:37 proceeded to order breakfast, was told they weren’t serving breakfast that they were already serving lunch. I’m sitting there looking at the menu board it says serving breakfast until noon every day! I love their breakfast menu, and wanted a biscuit, not a burger and fries, so I just told the woman at the speaker thank you! As a customer I would like Hardee’s to be consistent with their time of serving which food! I drove across town waisted gas and my time. So Hardee’s what time can I expect you to quit serving breakfast, so I will know what time to get there? I have ordered breakfast as late as 10 minutes until 12 and had a great breakfast, so what is the time now? The woman on the speaker sounded like the only rude associate that I’ve delt with since going there! She charged me 3.19 for a cup of ice, 1 morning! Hardee’s what time does breakfast end, because you’re sighn was lying this morning!

This is the 2nd time in 2 months I ordered a fresco burger and have had to put ketchup on it to sub for my tomatoes when I get home and heat it in the air fryer. SMH 15 dollar meal and no tomatoes is crazy I tried to call and the phone just kept ringing.I was pulled up for something to be made fresh however fries were lukewarm warm and again no tomatoes, cold cheese, so I am air frying. Simply irritated, just getting off work I’m not going back to wait even longer and spend the gas if yall don’t have something the customer should be informed I woulda ordered chicken instead

Don't put things on your menu that you don't actually have. That's frustrating and absurd really. They don't have curly fries or coleslaw here despite them being on the menu

Pretty disappointing experience. Restaurant was clean. That's about the only good thing I can say about it. Ordered the original bag and asked to upgrade the Hot Ham and Cheese to a big one. Was told I couldn't do that. Seemed odd. Looked on the app and was easily able to do that. To cancel my counter order and reorder on the app while I stood at the counter though it would take two or three days for the refund to hit my account. The cashier seemed to recognize that some things can be done on the app that they can't do in the store. I'm not sure why she didnt suggest that at first. And I get that some items may be available on the app only, but it seems very odd that you can customize orders on the app that you can't in the store. Talked to manager. Nothing else really happened. Personally, I am a little surprised they didn't just give me the sandwich I wanted. That just seems to be good customer service. Instead, when they finally gave me my order, my burger was wrong. I had asked for no onions and no ketchup. And of, course, they didn't do that. I think the ham and cheese had about half the normal amount. That happens though. Employees in restaurants get annoyed at customers and screw up their order on purpose. I can't really say for sure that's what happened, but I hope it is, because that then becomes a deeper issue. Oh, another cashier came up while other stepped away and looked at the register and quietly told me the first cashier didn't quite understand what to do. All they had to was add ham and cheese and tada, big hot ham and cheese and more importantly happy customer. I'm not sure I'll ever go here again.

My mom and I were passing through and stopped at this Hardee’s to eat. Everyone so incredibly nice, the store was very clean and the food was fresh and delicious. We will always stop here whenever we’re in the area. Thank you Hardees for a great experience!

I'm sure these folks mean well but that white lady up front will skimp you on a milk shake. Had a bad day and she filled that thing 2/3rds full. Just above half way and I wanted to fall apart in the middle of Hardee's. Let her watch that training video again.

This was one of the best fast food restaurants I’ve seen in years , the lobby was immaculate and the bathroom was spotless, very refreshing for a public restroom.tables for dinning clean . I can say I truly enjoyed ordering from this store. Thanks Hardee’s of Sylacauga AL.
