One of my Daddy's caregivers and I took him in yesterday afternoon and we had THE BEST SERVICE!!! One employee held the door while we rolled him in, in his wheelchair, one sat and talked to him several times and was very attentive the whole time we were there, the same guy who held the door for us helped us get Daddy back to the car and inside safely. They refuse service to me because I have a service animal and I would not tell them my disability they broke the Ada law .
the manager was rude the waitresses was rude.
We were happy to get out for breakfast. We walk in and were told to get out into the crowded foyer. Lots of tables empty but dirty. Food not cooked as asked and Luke warm. Asked to have hash browns put back on grill and told only half of grill working. Asked for extra Hollandaise and finally got it after the person took her break, in a melted plastic container.
