One of my Daddy's caregivers and I took him in yesterday afternoon and we had THE BEST SERVICE!!! One employee held the door while we rolled him in, in his wheelchair, one sat and talked to him several times and was very attentive the whole time we were there, the same guy who held the door for us helped us get Daddy back to the car and inside safely. The other employees were also very friendly and the food was great!!! It was a great experience and everyone there deserves to be applauded for a job well done!!!!🤩⭐✨👏

That will be the last time I will here I will make sure I tell everybody my experience it horrible I had a hair in my food and it came out cold our waiter was talking everybody else and never came back to fill up our drinks just really horrible service and employees and when we went up to check out she said her shift was over that she needed to go. Y’all need to better yall lucky that I was even ok with paying for it.

I want to thank Ms Tammy for always going above and beyond to make sure my order and food was exceptional. She is one of the sweetest and most respectful waitress. She never rushed us to order. We took longer than expected to order, but she kept coming back to check on us lol and that means a lot. She's definitely one of the best here in Sylacauga..

I love to go to Huddle House especially if Ms Tammy is working. Soon as you hits the door she knows how to put a smile on your face. My food is always fresh and is definitely worth the wait. She really takes care of her customers with her sweet spirit and she is always the same. Love Ms

I have ordered twice, and both times, items were either forgot or not right at all. Food wasn't cooked thoroughly. I'm just disappointed that the huddle house in alexander City is 5 times better wouldn't recommend.

Food was really good. Service, as bad as I hate to say this. But, I have to be honest. Service was slow. We had the first cup of coffee, then she said they had to make more, we waited, put our empty cups on edge of table but I finally had to ask. We will go back, maybe waitress was having a bad day.
