My online breakfast order took 45 minutes to prepare only to be refunded my money because the food was still not ready.

It's an alright location. Food and staff treatment at this location have always been pretty mid in comparison to other jacks locations.
They usually forget the sauce, and past few times, the biscuits have overcooked/left in the heater for way too long.

I hate to change my 5 star review. But something must be done. This use to be a great restaurant. Not any more. I was eating there regularly but not any more. The food has really went down hill. The staff are rude and do not care and pretty much open when the want to. I watched so many people drive off this morning. A few was standing at the doors looking in! Your lucky if you get straws, napkins and condiments if you use the drive-thru.

Very rude worker that I haven't forgout about.
She gave me a wrong drink.
She placed it in my hand and said what it was. I told her It was the wrong drink..I ordered a sweet tea.. it was less than 1 minute since she handed it to me and I didn't even put in my car at this point. She quickly let go of it almost making me drop it since both our hands was on it...and then she refused to take it back in the window. She said "Well we cant take ANYTHING back through the window!"
I said "I ordered Sweet Tea, I'm on the way to work, Can you just throw it away for me and give me the right drink?" She yelled at me "I CANT TAKE ANYTHING BACK IN THE WINDOW." I looked at her so confused for her yelling. Covid has been over a long time so she was very unreasonable.
Most likely, she didn't want to admit getting the drink order wrong (ridiculous.)
I repeated, "Can I get the sweet tea..and can you please just throw it away since your doors aren't open?"
context: They literally just opened up.
The employee proceeded to slam the drive thru window so hard it bounced back. She walked off. I didn't even get my receipt... and at that point I wanted a refund. *i didn't even get the drink I ordered*
However, she was very hostile.
She has no reason to be so ill. I sincerely hope she does not work there anymore.

One of the better Jack's here, but I have had some not so good food here a few times ?♂️, people always check your food for quality & accuracy

I tried to order egg roll. Unfortunately Jack's Alabama don't offer it. Other jacjs in Cali ans south Carolina do.

Orders are usually wrong when given out. Hash browns taste horrible. Service is slow … list goes on.
The biscuit and gravy was awful. The mix was not mixed up . Lumps of powder . That is all it was. Throwed in trash
