Food was mediocre for fast food, my husband about broke his tooth on a chicken tender ( he actually checked to see if he did ) they messed up the drink order. Did not even offer a receipt .

Last trip thru sylacauga we had the best chicken an manager. This time they were out of chicken only tenders an pot pies .the tenders was Good but not as Good as the breast we love 💕 was a different crew on this night . But ok service.
Parking: Just had people walking up this visit asking for money an hot mad because we don't have cash 😭 we just got back from a weekend in Florida.

The chicken is always dry, the sides are decent but it is absolutely ridicules how much they charge for the little amount of food. If you are trying to feed your family, go somewhere else. If it very rare that they aren’t out of something and they will charge an arm and leg a “family meal”

I like KFC don’t get me wrong, but the one in Sylacauga is always out of some item on their menu and for the past few times their chicken tenders have been tiny causing me to not get my moneys worth. If these things could be fixed then this location would be great.

Horrible customer service and waited 45 mon for my food on top of people coming in ordering after me and getting their food before me I'll never come to the sylacauga location again and tbh this location should be shut down I have never had a good experience with this location and KFC please hire people that can do the job and better customer service

Went through drive thru for one meal and was told to pull up and wait. After about 20 mins in the car, we go inside to see what’s going on. We find out they don’t even have our food cooking or know what we are waiting on. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE
