It took me 30 mins to get just one damn box of pizza..Never again will I come to this location..

Rip off. Crazy puffs were about the size of a half dollar coin. And they were overcooked.

Just got a pizza and the pizza is maybe 10 percent cooked the other 90 didn't even see the oven it's like they had it under a lamp for the 30 minutes I had to wait and the lady at the window was losing her mind everything someone pulled up I was sitting in my car and someone pulled up and she yell out at them what do you want like the entire thing was crazy but I had to go to work so I can't return the pizza

I applied for a job there. Waited for about a week with no response. Was told i was being judged on how i look. The GM Kayla was judging on my looks and wouldn't hire me. I looked rough. I have outstanding work ethics abd give it my all anywhere i work. But because she thought i looked rough, she refused to hire me. Im 48 yrs old have been through alot with my health. I have wrinkles and look older, so i guess thats why i wasn't hired.

Went last night and they were slammed. I guess everyone was wanting pizza. They only had 3 workers and I kind of felt bad for them as some customers were losing patience. They were working hard! These folks need to be rewarded and I don't mean a pizza party. They did a good job under the circumstances.

I asked for whatever was ready & after I paid > then they said pull around and wait. After 10 minutes and 4other cars being serviced I went inside to ask what was the deal and they tried to say 10min. But when I explained that I wanted a refund because I asked for what was ready>> they said being asked to pull around should have been my first clue that it wasn't ready. No duhh but that was after I paid. The lady tried to say that she was short staffed but too late and was no excuse for basically being lied to at the window and then catching nothing but attitude when I went inside to inquire about my purchase.
No sorry or anything. Just ridiculously bad customer service!

I think these workers need to be trained better or retrained

Ordered online to pick up in store on lunch break... go to pick it up on the short time I have for lunch break and their lobby door is locked and the drive through has several cars waiting and the ordering board had a sign on it that said to pull up to the window. I tried waiting in the line but was expecting to be able to walk in and out in 30 seconds since my order already said ready. It waisted my whole lunch break and I had to leave the line because I didn't have time to wait in the drive through as I was already going to be late back to work by the time I left the line. Going to be trying to get a refund cause never got my food for some bs ... like why could you possibly need to close the lobby?
