Travel nurse in town and it was my first time eating there and now it’s my last. There was a string of hair under my pizza. Just made me sick to my stomach.
10/2 tried again and this $5 pizza so hard I’m young and struggling to chew it. Yeah, will not get a strike 3 from me.
Food is always hot & fresh. We got a pizza & breadsticks this week. The guy at the window was very nice. Never had a bad experience.

The staff at this store had been amazingly kind and courteous. The driver goes above and beyond what he should going as far as giving g my car a boost, it wouldn’t start.
I can not say enough about how clean and organized like a finely tuned machine everything was.
I don’t know if these reviews are seen and heard however, these employees should be rewarded and recognized.

I have ordered pizzas from Pizza hut's all over the United States service was always fine until today had shitty service sylacauga, Alabama. I ordered online. I ordered pepperoni pizza and some cinnamon rolls. They deliver cinnamon rolls and a cheese pizza. And then commence to tell me that's what I ordered. I did not order a cheese pizza. Words of the wise if you order from these people pay with cash cuz if it's not right don't pay them. I'll never order anything else from them ever. Remember option cash only. Don't pay with a card or you'll be stuck when they screw it. Sincerely unsatisfied customer.

This is the WORST!
My wife and I were in there a few days ago. We both grew up and have eaten PIZZA HUT pizza with our families forever. It has been or preferred brand.
We were doing in the area and stumbled across this location as it appeared to provide tables and chairs to 'eat in' which we needed and preferred.
While trying to decide what pizza to get we noticed that there were NO PRICES on anything. Suddenly thoughts of 'used car salesmen' came to mind. When my wife asked where were the it's the Manager said we would have to tell her what we wanted and she could tell us the price. 🤔 Didn't like that at all. No eat to properly compare.
When the pizza was ready I asked for some parmesan and pepper packets. Again, the manager curtly replied that they do not have the packets anymore and that they SELL them in these little bottles for a dollar- something (I didn't recall the exact price). Really, really BAD FORM!
I took the pizza to the table and we proceeded to eat it. It was a large supreme pizza. We might s well be eating cardboard. $20 cardboard.
Bottom line: the service stink, the presentation stunk, there service stunk, and, the food stank as well.
Recommendation: About at ALL cost. You'll regret it if you go.

If I could give zero stars I would. This used to be my favorite place to eat but everything has gone downhill in the last few months. Managers are rude and get attitudes if you ask a simple question, the food isn't as quality as it used to be.

This is got to be the second worst Pizza hut I ever been to the first one was in Pell City but they closed it down. There was like six workers sitting in the lobby eating food from another company And going in the back and getting drinks as they please and sit down and eating. I made my order online a future order to be at 4:00 p.m. which that part was on time but I put in the special instructions to cook it extra instead they cooked it less than normal I bought two pizzas one of them was great and the one I asked him to cook extra was terrible. They were very unorganized and unprofessional. They confused and mixing up orders and they weren't even busy. I will never visit this spot again.

I ordered 16 buffalo medium boneless wings to receive only 7 1/2 little baby bites looked like popcorn chicken my breadsticks I got with my order was so cold and had no seasoning on them
