This place is great and I see no reason why people are not going here and ill be sure to support them they need it and the meal i got was perfect

The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant! We was the only people there and had to wait over 2 hours to all receive our food. My older child got his order first and then my other two younger kids had to wait another 45 mins to get the exact same thing! Got our orders wrong multiple times and still charged up full price! Will never ever eat here again!

A little pricey as expected. Waitress got part of my order wrong, but quickly corrected it. Love the seafood soup, but expected it to be a buffet portion.

I love sushi, and I love trying new places. I was in the area with time to kill around lunch and I decided to take a chance on this place. I walked in and was the ONLY customer there. Red flag maybe? But I was sat down and I gave my drink and appetizer order. When he brought the appetizer out he tried to walk away immediately and I had to stop him to order my actual food. The calamari was a bit thin for my liking but not overly chewy 3.5/5. The sushi.. I ate one piece and I was done. First it was missing the masago(my favorite part) and the tempura crunch on top. The fish had an... off taste and temperature. 1/5. The service left a lot to be desired. I was never checked on, had a single napkin, no chop sticks and I never got a refill I had to ask at checkout for a drink to go. He was even on his phone when bringing the sushi. Maybe they were having an off day? I wasn't impressed. If you're a sushi lover or enjoy authentic cuisine this might not be your place.

Can't give zero stars, went in and waited for over 5 minutes and no one came out from the back to even acknowledge I was there. Left before I saw anyone.

TERRIBLE!!! Waited 48 mins and never even got appetizers. Had salad that was old. Soup that was bland. Drank our soda and tea and still were never served. Went into the restaurant at 7 p.m. asked how much longer at 7:47 they said 20 to 30 more mins. We said cancel it. Tried to pay for what we did consume and the manager never came out until the servers 4th request. He came out and said 1 second. Never cane to address the issue. We will NOT BE BACK!! I will say they were turning out door dash orders.. priority I reckon.

The crab had turned and smelled putrid. The fish was turning. I believe it was the worst sushi I've ever been served.
The waitress was new and also not trained well.
The table was dirty. 0/10

Got doordash from this place the General Tso's chicken most places General tso is not a spicy dish although it's supposed to be.Shogun Hibachi was the exception I thoroughly enjoyed their dish

I had the worst dining experience at Shogun last night. I chose this restaurant because of the vast menu and having little to no issue on prior visits. Upon arriving we notice loud music with cursing, someone from our party asked if it could be changed because we had our children present. The music was quickly changed to something more suitable. We had a large party of 8 and was seated quickly. When our drink orders were taken I also ordered an appetizer that I didn't receive till over an hour later and after reminding our waitress 3 times. Our food came out all at different times and 20 plus minutes between some of our entrees. We had people completely done with their meal before some even received theirs. One of our orders was wrong and one order NEVER came. There were other tables having the same issues with fewer people. It was as if they were sending food out with no particular rhyme or reason. Our waitress was friendly but inattentive...at one point she exchanged numbers with someone at another table and pulled up one of our chairs and sit down with an entirely different table. The food that we did receive that was correct was acceptable.Pure chaos!!! She did apologize for our wait and informed us that it was the kitchens fault and not hers(very unprofessional imo). She removed the meal from our ticket that we didn't receive. Our tickets were all wrong and took 3x to correct. Overall our experience was unpleasant and I would hope Shogun will become more organized before they lose any more business.
