By far the best Sonic I have ever been to. Everyone there is top notch, the cooks, car hops and the fountain are all very friendly and the best around town in the fast food world. The best Sylacauga has to offer.

I assume since it was almost closing time that I no longer get the correct order I just get whatever they have left. I ordered cheese sticks and I received jalapeño cheese poppers. I’m allergic. My lawyer will be in contact

This location seems to lack in customer service. I regularly need my order fixed or request items that were missing. They often close before posted business hours, and the food quality is a bit below what I'd normally expect from a Sonic.

We waited 45 minutes spent $40 everything was cold as ice and the large chilli cheese fries was the equivalent of a small. Sonic in sylacauga sucks ass and I will let everyone know not to eat there.

I’m a former regular at this location. I’m talkin’ once a week for months type loyalty.
I’m thankful for the good visits I’ve had here but my last one led me to a spiritual awakening and a complete revelation about the concept of life itself.
I don’t know what they put in that queso wrap but the food poisoning I endured for days had me in complete ego death staring at the ceiling like I was on the groovy stuff. I was shaking for hours and didn’t know who that freak in the mirror was!
I had David Icke on and as I was phasing in and out of coherent awareness I was learning of the electromagnetic fields that attack and nourish our bodies at the same time. I felt I was dying for sure but since that meant entering a new realm away from sonic I was welcoming the other side.
Unfortunately after the days of amnesia, profuse sweating, shaking, tearing up at universal beauty and begging the Creator for my peaceful release, I felt hungry again and ate some strawberries.
I wasn’t dying, and now I live with a newfound appreciation for mighty Gaia and distaste for Sonic at 500w ft Williams street, Sylacauga, Alabama.
Chilli dog was salty and very sloppy had more cheese than chili and the tots omg was so nasty tasted like they were cooked in old grease. Future reference try your food before you leave

Pulled up at 9:45, online said they’re open till 11 but I was promptly and rudely told that they were closed when they indeed were not closed and were still serving customers

I went there tonight and got a very simple order and they couldn’t even get it right when I calmly told them they got my order wrong and they refused to give me what I ordered turned the lights off and told me to go away I’m very disappointed and feel very disrespected and to top it all off I got cheesy tots and they looked like plastic and they weren’t even cooked all the way they we’re absolutely disgusting and made me sick NO ONE NEEDS TO EAT HERE . And one of the workers brought me my food and she had hickeys all over her neck and was very very rude she didn’t even give me correct change and when I had asked her for correct change she refused and said she did
