I came to this location on my birthday. Had my license, the email showing my birthday drink could be redeemed 12/2 (it’s 12/8 and my birthday is the 8th) and they would not allow any exception knowing I had my drivers license and it’s my birthday.. she said “you don’t get a birthday drink sorry”. Wow- glad this isn’t my regular Starbucks location. What a birthday morning

I always have a pleasant experience with this location. They keep in mind my preferences and know me by voice, order, and name. I often order for my spouse and myself, and they're always kind and friendly. I have worked in food service so I know you can't always please everyone, but I am shocked reading the reviews. I have never witnessed the actions that have been expressed in the previous reviews (although I can't dismiss them either). I recently visited on the Red cup day, which prompted me to write a review because although the workers were extremely overwhelmed with order volume they were still warm and friendly. I enjoy all the ladies that work there and wanted to recognize them!

I went through the drive through to pick up an online order. The lady who was working the drive through was extremely rude and had an attitude with me about picking up my order when they had not started it yet. I was in no hurry and didn't mind waiting but her attitude was unacceptable. She told me to come to the window and when I pulled my car up she was talking about me like I was an annoying inconvenience for simply picking my order. Then she was rude to me about an item I ordered that was sold out and she rushed me to pick something else. I wont be coming back, I'll stick with my local friendly coffee shop from now on. The only reason I decided to get a coffee here was because my normal place was already closed for the day and I had to go in for the night shift at my job.

So the only problem I have with here is my drink is never the same I order a dragon fruit with vanilla sweet cream and vanilla cold foam, they never use vanilla sweet cream. It’s 10$ and they can’t do the one thing different about to right. And the heavyset African American is rude. Like to my face rude. She made my drink completely wrong asked her nicely to remake it and she chucked the drink in the trash and shut the windows no “yes of course sorry about that” there’s 0 customer service unless it’s the manager. Not to mention you’re the devil if you do a mobile order and drive up within 5 mins of placing it. Just be kinder please. I don’t care if you’re having a bad day just assume everyone else is and don’t make it there problem.

Food was cold and had nothing i liked in drink the all time fav were gone and had back service she got mad cause I said to my mom (no wonder there's not a line hear they suck)so we had to go to McDonald's instead cause the no dunkin near me and dunkin is everyone's favorite place look at the pic below that's what I wanted and they lied and said someone before me got the last one but I saw them drinking one in the back this place is trash

i paid $3.75 for extra boba in my drink and it looks like they gave me MAYBE 2 scoops at most. very disappointing. i order the same drink every time and im never disappointed with how much boba they give me but the last 2 times i’ve went ive been super disappointed.
Here now. Understaffed. Inexperienced. Do not stop here.

i loveee so good and all the workers are so kind and make your day.thw food is always good and fresh when i get it. i have tried a lot of their drinks and none of them were gross. everytime i go,in or through the drive thru , it never takes a while to get my food.
