My husband and I went through the drive thru at 11:16 on 2/10/26. The precious soul that took our order and who we met at the drive thru window absolutely blessed my heart and immediately I was flooded with peace and joy. She was so kind, genuine and radiated pure love. Her name was MK and Taco Bell should know what a blessing and a gift she is to represent their company. It is so rare to have a genuine human interaction that feels real and not forced and MK provided us with that and more. MK I pray that you never let anyone dim your shine....you are doing a great job making people feel truly cared for and that is the GREATEST GIFT that anyone can ever receive. ❤️

Placed two orders on the kiosk , the first order was great. The second order was two large nacho fries. I saw and verbally heard the manager ask the two women in the back to drop fries. The fries were heated up in the microwave and served to me. The place was empty it was just myself and two that came with me .

They left out 4 different food items and then didn’t believe us. Then got the second go around wrong again… Awful experience. Don’t waste your time or money. Just go across the street.

The food was great it was exactly like we ordered it. The awesome drivetru employee was so sweet. Her nails were pretty so we chatted about nails while our food was prepared. Everything was fresh and tasty. Good job guys and and dolls!

I stopped in Drive thru coming home from work ordered a 12 taco box usually thinking it’s around $21 bucks this time I wanted to add tomato to my tacos the girl comes back and says your total is $32 and some change I’m like wow so I get my receipt and it was $8.40 to add two little flakes of tomato to my tacos lmao I took pictures of this , I mean come on Taco Bell do better , I could have went and spent $2 bucks and bought a tomato for you guys and the amount you put on my tacos y’all could have done 60 more jeez way to lose a customer … But yall have a great day

Ok Taco Bell, we understand you were low on lettuce, but really, where is the rest. You could have compensated with a little more meat and cheese, and where the hell are the tomatoes and any other foods that are missing. Didn't pay full price for half of the product. If you can't make the item properly, then you should not be selling them. You won't get repeat business this way. I am so disappointed with this order, thanks for crappy food
