I eat here a good bit. awesome food, staff and management! 5 stars
Normally I love Wendy’s. But made a trip June 2nd after placing a mobile order on their app. When I got there the service was slow and the cashier looked lost. After my pickup window passed 10 minutes, was finally asked what I was waiting on. Showed my phone where it had pickup order for 5:30.
She claimed it wasn’t in the system. She later refers to herself as a “manager”. I showed the app again and then showed her my bank app where it had the deduction for Wendy’s...read full review
