The tea is great, the staff is great, the ladies are so super nice and fast. Everything is hot, just enough pickles and onion. Fries were hot and salted just right. Tables are cleaned after each table is cleared. I was very impressed ! I have to go to Sylacauga or Oxford to eat at Wendy's since we don't have one In my home town. The Sylacauga one is top notch ! We go there sometimes before we go eat with family to get a quick bite In case we have to wait on family members to get to the function we are attending. I have been in food service over a 1/4 th of my life so I am very familiar with service, waste, and cleanliness. If ever owned my own business this was my team of people , they, would be treated very well. They act like you are in their house and you are their family, I can tell they enjoy what they do.

I feel like I did NOT get my moneys worth My food was just fallling apart, the sandwich was just a regular hamburger with tomatoes and onions a couple of pickles it didn’t taste good Fry’s were cold and my sons apples where rotten. My sons toy was a puzzle and he’s 2 We thought we were getting the toddler toy paid way too much for what we got

I tried to call Wendy in Sylacauga about something they left off my order. The line was busy over an hour and they do not give receipt. From now on, I want a receipt. They really need to keep the phone on the hook
They're always kind and very patient whenever I visit. They never have you waiting long and my food has always been hot when I receive it . Will absolutely return again!

Food was fresh, and service was phenomenal and sweet. Best Wendy's I've ever been to. Shout out to Taneishia, she was wonderful and watched her carry the food out to an elderly woman who had a walker. ?

I took my Filipina Wife for her first visit to Wendy's. To begin, my wife would always, always assure me the quality of food I experience when she has me try restaurants in her country are of the best of the best. My goal is to do the same for her as she is now in the states. This location in Sylacauga, Alabama was extremely disappointing. My wife is usually quiet when she doesn't like something, but she insisted with sharing this experience with the ones who're fully responsible for the end result of the food handed to every individual customer. There really is no need to explain in this message as to what the food was like. The photos will do that! It's so very unfortunate I had to apologize to my wife for such an experience! $15 for two Son of a Baconators and one Medium Coke, this is absolutely unacceptable and this location will never get our business, again. You can do batter!
