The food was overcooked; the dining room was filthy; and only the women's restroom had a baby changing table.

here 15min before they close we order then lady says you cant eat here family of 5 cant eat in car comfortably also we are from out of town waits till i pay for our food to tell me we cant eat here have no problem with it if told me to begin with

This restaurant lobby was dirty. There wasn't anyone there customer wise yet nobody was cleaning. The parking lot was full of trash and we had to clean our own table. Terrible wish I could give negative stars.

The salads neither looked like those in the ads on TV, nor tasted all that great.

Always a great place. I always get the Cobb Salad for a low carb meal. They're always nice to customers and serve your food quickly.

I asked for napkins and extra Zaxby’s sauce and the lady seemed like she had an attitude and told me I had to pay 25 cents when I asked for napkins and Zaxby’s sauce. I’ve never had to pay extra money for napkins or Zaxby’s sauce so I don’t know why they decided to start charging people now. She also said “25 cents” in a rude manner.

They were mad at me for ordering food ?‍♂️ Rude people.

Sunday August 18, 2024. Went thru the drive through. Checked my order before leaving, order was missing chicken tenders. Went inside to get my tenders. The place was filthy. No employee was attempting to clean the tables or floor. My order was corrected. Should have taken pictures and reported this to the State Health Department. The next time I will.

Do not pull forward at drive thru when asked because you will be waiting for 20 minutes
