They didn't give me my order of shrimp had no rice and didn't get my mobile order because they were trying to close at the time my order was supposed to be ready . I know it's Christmas but you can't read the ticket someone needs to go to night school

Excellent food, fresh, the cashier was super nice, friendly, and had a beautiful smile. He is a very young teenager. But he had a very nice attitude, polite, and great customer service. We need more young people serving us like this young man. Also the staff was working very hard and fast to get the orders ?? out. I think they all showed good customer service and teamwork. I was very pleased. This was a very good place to enjoy my dinner. I thank the employees and management for making this an enjoyable experience.

Not much help there today. Poor girl at the counter was doing drive jn and walk ins. Just too much. Cook was screaming at her what to do , food wasn’t ready etc. didn’t sound very friendly either to me. Went to the bathroom and floors were greasy I almost fell.

The service here is beyond horrible. Every time we order in the drive through, the wait is always extra long. There is no one inside and 1 car in front of us. It looks like they need to hire more people.

Updated Review:I went back on May 4th. They were much busier. They were much faster taking orders and also getting the food out despite the added volume of customers. I feel they listened to my complaint and addressed it. Count the shrimp is my only complaint. The improvement is worthy of a better score so I'm updating my review. I'll be back again.***They were taking 1 order at a time and once the car ahead pulled off they would then tak another order. So I had 3 kids in the car with me that waited 30-40 minutes for a 1 person meal. It was awful!!!! This isn't the only place doing this but some of us don't have that long to sit in a car and wait. They weren't busy. I could have bought groceries and cooked myself faster than that. Lesson learned.
Rude employees with no customer service skills at all. The rice wasn't cooked all the way and the meals, for two adults, were $25 total with NO drinks.

I ordered the spicy fish. One piece was cold, the fries were hard as if they had been under a heat lamp for 2 hours. I paid $14.50 for that mess. I won't go back there ever again!
