Placed order at 12:14, showed preparing for 30 mins and then the guy leaves the store at 1250 and literally took him a hour to bring me my food. Also had to keep calling no one would answer i even went so far to drive up to the store and question what was going on

ordered ny style & got regular crust... gave the delivery driver a $10 tip on a $20 order to ensure my order was placed on the porch because of dogs & my baby sleeping... she insisted on calling not once but TWICE waking my baby & disrupting the dogs...how hard is it to just walk to see the numbers on the house??? ... never again

I ordered three pizzas the other day. One of my pizzas was supposed to be just cheese and they put pepperoni on it so I called up there to ask about if I can have them to remake it and the lady that worked there sounded like she was just aggravated about me calling up there asking them to remake it I did tell the lady that a slice was missing because of my son eating it and my other child took a bite out of another then she realized it was pepperoni on it and she don't eat pork but the lady said well we can't take it back if you're done touched it or some got ate...so yes that right there made me so mad I work hard for my money and when I buy something I expect it to be right you can't tell me you can't replace it because it should have been right to begin with and another thing I waited an hour to get my food since I ordered online and it told me 30 minutes to 45 minutes so I waited that long and then I came up there and my order was not even touched yes they did tell me they've been short-handed while I was at the window so I didn't get upset or pitch to fit I waited an extra 20 minutes for my food and when I got home I realize my cheese pizza had pepperoni on and you're going to tell me you cannot replace it that is how you will lose customers fast I don't know who that was but whoever you are you should not be working there or if it is a rule of dominoes shame on you because you're supposed to satisfy your customer so when something is not fixed right or has a hair in it you should not have a problem on giving them their money back. Period! Oh and the reason why they couldn't see the pepperoni on there was because it was covered in cheese and it was also greasy. I think corporations need to pay them a visit.

If I could give a zero, I would. I ordered two salads, one was fresh and the other was definitely not. The lettuce was wilted, the croutons were stale. I spent over $50 for a family meal. I just spoke to Jonathan or Joshua at the store who asked me to bring the salad back to the store in order for him to give me another one. BTW, the salads are prepackaged, which means he could randomly give me another bad salad. I was literally belittled by being called sweetie throughout the conversation. I don’t know if it’s just piss poor service in Talladega AL or if it’s everywhere. I’m done with ordering out! The service these days is horrible and people really don’t care. I’m sure writing this review is a waste of time because they really don’t care! When will it end!
