Horrible service and horrible employees. Rude.
I ordered a simple cheese pizza , light sauce . The the lady at the window then proceeds to hand me a pepperoni pizza. like?!… Once i got my pizza it didn’t even have light sauce .
The workers stood outside for a good 15 minutes before noticing us at the drive-through trying to pick up our online order. The food is fine but if the associates are standing outside smoking and chatting instead of attending to customers then I don't see myself returning.

Noone wanted to take my order and 2 people argued about it then they left me standing there waiting to order. Felt like they was being racist but I won't be back.
If I could give no stars I would…. I waited 20 minutes for these ordinary cheese pizzas. I specifically asked for a pretzel crust cheese pizza and two cheese pizzas. They gave me all the same pizzas. Not surprised they mess orders up seeing that the girl who took my order dropped the customer pizza as she was handing it to him. I find myself going there when trying to save a coin or two and but you get what you pay for service is always terrible at this location

I placed on online order via the app. My order was placed 2 hours ahead in advanced. When I reached the Talladega branch too pick up my order it had not even been made yet. Despite the time they tell you too be there too pick up. Also when the pizza was brought home I had too re cut the entire two pizzas I ordered.

Never know what you are going to get. Sometimes the service are ok and sometimes you just have to stand at the counter and look stupid before some one helps

This place is pathetic. After today, I will never go back again. The service is terrible, the employees are rude and for fast and ready pizza you have to wait at least 15 minutes to get your food.
Tried it again just to b even more disappointed. We ordered, she told us to pull around and it would be about 15 minutes. We waited 40 minutes to realize they had locked the door so we pulled back through the drive through for her to say she told us to get back in line, she did not. Do not go here, the service is terrible, the worker was rude and it's not worth the money even if it is cheap.

Management at the store is horrific and doesn’t update their system to ensure customers know what they can order. Which doesn’t help when you get a call center instead of the actual store when placing and order!

There have been times where Little Caesars has let me down in the past but today tops it off. I will not go back. It is New Year's Day so my husband went online to order pizza for a 10:45 pickup. I drive to the store and wait in the drive thru. I see two young men in the store and they see me in the drive through. After about 10 minutes of no one coming to the window I knock on the drive through glass. A few minutes later the young man tells me that they don’t open until 11 due to holiday hours. No where on the building does it say they open later. The sign on the window says 10:30. By now it’s 10:58 so I plan to wait for my pizza. A few minutes pass and the young man comes back to the window to tell me that his manager is asleep in the car and he is the only one in the store and he can’t make my order. I ask if he can refund my money or wake up the manager. A car pulls in behind me and I explain to this lady what is going on, she too has placed an online order for 11 am. The young man then returns to the window and now says it’s 12 before they open. I ask for a refund and he tells me I’ll have to go to his manager’s car and ask for a refund. I drive around the building and approach the car where the manager is having a smoke. I explain the situation and she tells me that she can cancel my order once she finishes her cigarette. A few minutes later she goes inside and does cancel our order and says we should see the money refunded to our card in a couple of days. My frustration is the lack of communication. If you don’t open until 12 that time needs to be posted somewhere so customers know. Also if you don’t open until 12 your online ordering should not let customers place an order for anytime before 12.

The food is good but there is only one thing that has not been really great is that the crazy breads dry why they don't put enough butter and Parmesan on it. I do believe that they need to have more workers there that have speed because the last few times I've been there they were a little slow and I honestly think that they needed to start wiping down Windows and their counter where the sauce cups go.

Poor customer relations food is ok if you can it right away
Kid-friendliness: So do depends on what employees are there but it seems there's new people there every time

I ordered my order online and was supposed to be done by 330 we waited in drive through for almost 20 minutes and when we got home our sauce for our bread sticks had frozen pepperoni and cheese in it that is unsanitary. So my kids ate their bread sticks with no sauce not to mention I had to go back and recut the pizza because it was not even cut all the way.
