I go to talladega McDonald's often but today was terrible it took a while for them to take my order (I was in drive thru)this has been happening more often lately I order a #11 they gave me a steak instead of sausage i had to go in they gave me a sausage but it was burnt and it was a price difference I had to tell the cashier this she asked me did I have the receipt I told her yes in the car I wasn't walking back to my car I have a hard time walking so I told her yall keep it

As of rn 9:44 pm Oct 27 Monday mc I just went through the drive through and was yelled at by a women stated they are closed to have a great day when she slammed the window closed she starts fighting with another worker inside I’ve had a lot of issues with this location and honestly how HR has not knocked on your doors yet is mind blowing IF YOU DONT WANT TO WORK DONT . But let me tell you my kindness will only go so far I promise you that I have pics of food u have served me with bugs on it and bread buns with freaking mold on it hard as a rock with vids of us banging it on the counter tops it’s going to be a whole law suit Talladega already falling apart and you have the audacity to act like a kid from high school mad at your momma cause she said no .

Worst McDonald’s I have ever seen in my life, horrible customer service, I will get my food right half the time other half I’m missing stuff that I’ve paid for. Went through the drive through today and had the worst customer service I have ever had at any place. Called the manager and she said “ok well you have a good day”

If I could rate them a negative zero I would the attitudes from the employees and managers alone is horrible these ppl need to be replaced the whole store needs a new set of employees and managers I’ve never been to a place where my order was messed up and I called about it and the manager gave a attitude right off the back she was more concerned about the fact she didn’t do it so why should it matter and then when I got back smart with her and said I was coming back to the store for my money back she said she would have the police up there waiting so I told her please do then her employee at the window gave me a bag of sauces like I ordered a catering meal I only order two combos I was trying to tell her that before she started trying to rush me away from the window without listening to what I had to say this place is so unprofessional I wouldn’t never go back and I wouldn’t suggest anybody go there at all my food was cold and burned never again ever

They did not give me all of my food when I doordashed my food and then they told me that it's on the DoorDash side but DoorDash said that it's on them so somebody stole my children's food how sad and pathetic

Went here to get Breakfast for a group I was feeding. It was a big order and they still got it out in a decent time and accurate. The team member I delt with was very professional and joyful. These are two things that I have noticed a lot of McDonalds lacking. Food is always wrong and people are not courteous. Thank you for a great experience.

Me and two coworkers (all in fast food) went to the drive-through before work and were highly dissatisfied. While food was not wrong per se, My coworker found chunks of egg or something in her iced coffee. They did not have the sauce we requested; And the girl over the speaker was not very friendly in tone; Once we got to the window, she didn’t smile or interact with us apart from taking our payment. Overall, it was not a very good show of the company.

The only thing this store seems to do well in is making orders incorrectly— all while employees stand in the window on their phones with horrible attitudes. Don’t bother trying to go inside, you will stand there waiting ages to be greeted by anyone.

The food is actually decent, but good luck getting what you ordered & paid for.

Hard to get service or even place an order. They're always too busy doing nothing. I waited 15 minutes for a door dash that was ready when I walked in the doors. They jus gave it to me when they got ready, so I had a customer call and report that their food was cold

2 value meal fries missing so I walk in to get them and the bag girl in the talladega jacket walks up looks at my ticket and returns to her station without saying anything to me or anyone else. 5 minutes go by and I call to another worker, 1 of 4 in an empty restaurant, after I realize she didn't care and was purposely making someone else wait on me for reasons unknown. This is why no one goes here! Disrespectful and baseless. No greetings, no youre welcomes. No im sorry . Do better. The food is almost as bad as staff is incompetent.

It took forever to get our food. The people seemed to have an attitude. And my boyfriend went up to get me something else and he waited 10 mins before anyone helped him. They also had alot of people in the lobby and the worker came from the restroom and just kept walking by.
