Went here to get Breakfast for a group I was feeding. It was a big order and they still got it out in a decent time and accurate. The team member I delt with was very professional and joyful. These are two things that I have noticed a lot of McDonalds lacking. Food is always wrong and people are not courteous. Thank you for a great experience.

Me and two coworkers (all in fast food) went to the drive-through before work and were highly dissatisfied. While food was not wrong per se, My coworker found chunks of egg or something in her iced coffee. They did not have the sauce we requested; And the girl over the speaker was not very friendly in tone; Once we got to the window, she didn’t smile or interact with us apart from taking our payment. Overall, it was not a very good show of the company.

The only thing this store seems to do well in is making orders incorrectly— all while employees stand in the window on their phones with horrible attitudes. Don’t bother trying to go inside, you will stand there waiting ages to be greeted by anyone.
The food is actually decent, but good luck getting what you ordered & paid for.

Hard to get service or even place an order. They're always too busy doing nothing. I waited 15 minutes for a door dash that was ready when I walked in the doors. They jus gave it to me when they got ready, so I had a customer call and report that their food was cold

2 value meal fries missing so I walk in to get them and the bag girl in the talladega jacket walks up looks at my ticket and returns to her station without saying anything to me or anyone else. 5 minutes go by and I call to another worker, 1 of 4 in an empty restaurant, after I realize she didn't care and was purposely making someone else wait on me for reasons unknown. This is why no one goes here! Disrespectful and baseless. No greetings, no youre welcomes. No im sorry . Do better. The food is almost as bad as staff is incompetent.

It took forever to get our food. The people seemed to have an attitude. And my boyfriend went up to get me something else and he waited 10 mins before anyone helped him. They also had alot of people in the lobby and the worker came from the restroom and just kept walking by.
The food was nasty, and the atmosphere there was terrible.

The workers are pleasant and helpful 99% of the time. My only complaint is they run out of items and the macchiato machine breaks down constantly, which is one of my favorite things to purchase there. Otherwise, especially as far as fast food in Talladega is concerned, McDonald's is one of the more consistently edible choices.
Vegetarian options: I'm not a vegetarian so this is not something I would notice, but I'm pretty sure McDonald's is not a good choice for vegetarians.
Dietary restrictions: I'm sure there are healthy choices, but I doubt your heart doctor is going to recommend that you eat here often.
Parking: The parking lot is set up so that the entrance from the Walmart gas station goes into the parking lot, near the order lanes. The problem is that people will get into the second order line, breaking in front of people that have been waiting in line. It drives me insane.
Kid-friendliness: Apparently McDonald's no longer caters to children as they did when I was growing up. As far as I've seen, they don't have playgrounds anymore.

Ok I will not give this place even a one star so if it does not accept review without star system then I will find another way to post this. Now I am a pretty laid-back person but every time I even see this restaurant it literally makes me angry. So this past visit I tried to be prepared because I drove 12 hours and needed food right away so I can just go straight home and sleep. I ordered on mobile app thinking it would be quicker..we'll drove to drive through window and immediately a little boy asked me to please hold and usually this takes 5-7 minutes before someone will even ask you or most the time yell at you to hold on. But I got excited because I was immediately ask to please hold so I thought I would get my food quick for the first time at this restaurant. After 15 minutes I start feeling little rage so I parked walked inside and I see The little boy that was supposed to be taking my order that told me to hold on Playing with some girl And a couple other guys When I asked him about it He said he forgot to turn it back on I'm not A manager Of a fast food restaurant But I know one thing That right there Should show That he doesn't want to work he wants to play His name was KJ by the way I know this because they kept yelling his name to stop while they playing but finally someone came to me I explained I had mobile order gave them code and why I had to come in...got a giggle from the women I was trying to tell so then she walked off after 30 more minutes waiting for food finally got it and headed home. Get home and I order 4 Double quarter pounder deluxe meals with bacon and a plain double cheeseburger well get to the house and 2 of the sandwiches had the condiments on the outside of bun...there was only 1 beef patty on each of my DOUBLE QUARTER POUNDERS the patties looked chard and was unedible.. when I say Unedible I have video of my dog that turned his nose up at it. And if McDonald's doesn't do something soon I am going to start taking videos of these restaurants able to get away with this kind of service and start posting it on their website
