My threshold for an acceptable experience at Taco Bell is considerably lower than for other fast food establishments. That's why my time here was noteworthy. It was actually..... Dare I say, pleasant. We ordered at the kiosk (which I enjoy due to the ease of meal modification). The food was prepared in an acceptable time and prepared correctly. We THOUGHT we were served something incorrectly and the staff happily accommodated out request.... Even though it turned out that they were correct, they gave us a complimentary item for our troubles. A+ customer service

There was a female cashier taking the orders she had the worse attitude and was rushing the order when I asked to not have refried beans on my food she cut me off before I could finish saying what I had to say and she continued to say it’s already made food is cold and I asked for a slush the new drink they had and the cup wasn’t even filled up it was half way I was so over it I couldn’t even argue about that get to window no receipt no nothing just the absolute worse attitude in the world

The food is absolutely disgusting.. the hard shells to the tacos have an awful taste and staff has been made aware of the issue but it hasn’t changed. When I came through the line today, the refused to remake my food even with me offering to pay for more. Do not waste your money at this location. I won’t be back.

Very slow and bad service. Spent almost an hour to get my food at the drive thru

We just left Taco Bell in Talladega and I have to say I will never go back. We got home and everything was in the bottom of the bag in a mess. It had not been packaged right so it was just a hot mess. The order was wrong and we were shorted some food. Never again .
I added a little sour cream but it was pretty decent by itself (I’m sure it shifted during delivery)

The food we got was not fresh at all my chulupa was hard around the edge I couldn't chew it and my soft shell tacos were mushy like they had been made for a bit but my cheesey fiesta potatoes they were good hot and seemed to be fresh
