Forgot sauce on the kicken chicken sandwich and season on fries not the first time happening

Horrible experience! Ask if my order was correct twice, and they said it’s right so I drove off and something told me to check the bag, and it wasn’t correct so I drive back to get it fixed and got greeted with nothing but attitudes. Employee at the window told me to pull up because she has a customer behind me, I told her no mamm because I’m a customer also. She said I don’t care pull up, very very rude people in there. I finally got to speak to the “manager” and he told me to pull up also I’m running his drive through time up, I explained I shouldn’t have too since they was correcting my order that they didn’t get right in the first place. It wouldn’t have been that big of a deal if I just pulled up and they said oh my bad I’ll get it right for you. But NO nothing but attitudes and low class people working there. No one takes pride in themselves and their work anymore. Talladega Zaxbys has turned into a crappy place to go. So if you want a nice classy meal go elsewhere where you don’t have to deal with attitudes. Will not be returning back here . If I could leave 0 stars I would.

This is the worst Zaxby’s ever . They can’t even take an order and get it right! Not once but every visit that I make. And then want to catch and attitude. They need to close this location or get better management to handle the orders and staff! Not returning.

I ordered the new giant quesadilla and it was a joke. I believe it had only one chicken finger, some bacon crumbs, a sprinkle of cheese. With a coke, I was charged $12 for that mess. They got me on that one. I will never go back....and yes I took a picture!

I ordered two salads... a Grilled Cobb with Ranch and a Fried House, No Cheese with Lite Vinaigrette, as well as two Egg Rolls. This orders total was $27.20!!!!! The egg roll was supposed to come with a sauce, but that was not included. They Did Not put cheese on the Cobb, AND they DID put Cheese on the House.... backwards from the way they were ordered! The employee informed me that they were out of eggs, which should have been included on the Cobb salad. There was a small amount of chicken on both salads. There were a lot of tomatoes and cucumbers on one but very little on the other. I must say, the quality has gone downhill since my last experience, and the price is above the current norm, in my opinion. There were No Customers inside or at the counter to order or pick up.

Never in my life. First time here and maybe last. Pull up to order and I’ve been to Zaxby’s enough to know what I’m ordering and it’s simple enough an employee should know what I’m talking about. They don’t say total just pull forward. Immediately they re-ask my sauce. Ok whatever. They tell me my total. Again I been here enough that don’t sound right. I double check. We have a full on conversation double checking their traditional wings and large. She tells me they only come traditional and large. I’m like 🫥 whatever you say but you said it’s what I ordered so let’s run it. Wait wait wait…. You have the boneless wing’s and things?😑😑😑😑 like we didn’t just have a full azz conversation about traditional wings. So she tells me to pull forward like I haven’t wasted enough time. Wait wait wait. Ok I need ketchup..I’ll be nice and save her a trip when she brings my food. I go in and no one even knows about my food 🤬 like are you kidding?! How long would I sat in my car while no one fixed the already screwed up situation?!🤬 anyways. Terrible experience but good was warm at least

This place really missed the mark tonight. The food was bland and forgettable, a real disappointment. And the service? Let's just say they didn't exactly roll out the red carpet. Honestly, I've had better experiences at a gas station diner. Definitely won't be rushing back anytime soon.

Don’t waste your time coming to this establishment because the employees cannot get the order right the 1st time . Again, don’t waste energy, save time.

We Got Out Of Our vehicle and heard the person in the drive thru tell the customer to hold on when there was no one else in the line, We walked in waited 5 minutes and saw someone come up to the register a looks at us then leave, and this is not the first time this has happened
