One of the top restaurants in the river region! Always consistently delicious food and clean facility. Make sure you get at least a dozen cookies to take home. Thank me later. These guys are doing it right.

Spent 95.00 the cashier said the chicken fingers were cook to order. That was a lie. After filling my drinks I walked by and look to the left behind the counter. It was an aluminum pan full of cooked tenders. My receipt was texted to me at 2:27 and all those plates I ordered was done @ 2:38. In talking 7 orders, 3 fried wraps, one grilled wrap, hamburger meal and 2 chicken finger kids meal and fried green tomatoes. That’s not a small amount of money. Then I asked for it to be cooked fresh. I guess they don’t care anymore!!

Prices going up, portions and quality going down. Ordered a Reuben a couple of weeks ago, about 3 thin slices of corned beef and NO sauerkraut. Today I ordered a Cuban, 2 slices of ham and maybe a tablespoon of shredded pork. Last trip to 1220.

Asked for something that apparently is no longer on their menu and the guy who i assume was a manger very rudly informed me they no longer had that. My food was cold and we also bought some cookies that were the saltiest cookies i have ever eaten. Not edible at all. Not sure if they make them there or buy them, but they were horrible. Bought two different kinds and had to throw all 6 away. Highly disappointed.

been coming for Saturday breakfast for several years but today is the last. Ordered sunny side up eggs, as I have done in the past, lady at register told me they don't do that. Said she would try and type in the request but when I got the order it was over easy, but it was more like over hard. Told the lady I didn't order that and went on to tell her what I did order and what sunny side eggs were and she let me know that she knew what sunny side eggs were but they were too busy to make them that way. Well, guess 1220 has caught up with the way customer service sucks in the majority of places these days.
