I realize they charged me a refill and went ask for a refill and the lady tells me we charge for refill I'm like excuse me but you have charged for the refill already and without notifying me and she's like i'm gonna give it to you this time I'm like excuse me you're not giving me anything for free you have charged me already and I already paid for it.
