I went on August 16th 2024 at night around 8:00 for dinner and the drive-thru window lady was rude AF. She couldn't work the card reader. Had to give her a different card cuz she couldn't swipe it. Her attitude was just rude. It also took a long time.

It's ok. Doesn't get you to flavortown really. Just enough flavor to be edible. Even the milkshake (vanilla) lacks sweetness. Breakfast is better.
My experience at Jack's in Tallassee, Alabama was utterly disappointing. The customer service was shockingly bad. On multiple visits, I stood around in the dining area for over 20 minutes without anyone bothering to even acknowledge my presence or take my order. They were not bust during the times of my visits. It felt like I was invisible. After waiting endlessly, I gave up and left empty-handed, vowing never to set foot in that establishment again. If you enjoy feeling ignored and wasting your time, this is the perfect place for you.
