Food was good. Service was slow. Came towards the end of lunch on a Sunday, so buffet options were starting to run out. Price is too high for the value received, but still go about once a month as a change of pace. Not alot of options in this general area for home cooked style meals.

For someone that's never been here, it's confusing. So I'll help others. It's basically a meat and 2 sides lunch. But it's laid out for you to pick from. They'll fix your plate and you find a seat. Staff is friendly but not attentive. Food was good. A little salt or pepper is needed.
Never had a waitress yell across the restaurant asking me what I want to drink. And then ignore my empty cup. When I asked for a refill, I got almost a full cup...

This place had amazing food. I recommend the catfish on Friday with squash casserole. You know I had to ask for that recipe. This was my first time and they made me feel like I was a regular. I appreciate the down home southern feel with exceptional tasting food. Thank you and I will return when passing through. God Bless….Oh and Roll Tide!!!!
Great homelike atmosphere and the homestyle food is great too! Very nice people, great service. Dont skip the desserts and the only place i have found, since my grandmother passed, to serve pulley bones!
