Free samples. Everything was fantastic! Brisket and Turkey were great! The sauces range from sweet to spicy and were all very authentic southern BBQ. I would definately come back again!! The two young ladies working the counter were very knowledgeable , helpful and pleasant. Real southern hospitality!

A big thank you to Mae Pop's for the tasty lunch delivered to Urgent Ortho By Southern Orthopaedic Surgeons. From top to bottom, everything was great. Meat cooked to perfection in all 4 types of sandwiches, hot and cold sides were spot on, not to mention the banana pudding! Much appreciated and definitely would recommend.

Mae Pop’s has the BEST BBQ around! Outstanding customer service & the food is excellent! I do suggest that you call in your orders on Saturday because they will sell out super quick! This place is just that GOOD! 💙

I stopped on a Saturday. They were out of everything but chicken and turkey. I ordered the Chicken Taco special $8 and the lunch nachos no meat. Everything on it. It was VERY disappointing. The tacos were not good at ALL! Little flavor and the corn tortillas were cold and falling apart. And Nachos were half the size and absolutely not worth the $8 I paid for them! I've eaten here before and the portions were bigger and much better. Will not be back after today. So disappointed.
