Reminding me why I only come to McDonald's like once every ten years. Cuz once a decade is enough to remind me of your absolute trash service and poor quality. No straw in the bag and the buns were soggy. Why even bother at this point. Just lay down and give up McDonald's. It was fun while it lasted but you're a busted dated relic that is better off in a museum at this point.

every time I come here, I regret it.. I repeated my order two going on three times and they just “huh huh huh?” Come to find out they’re not even taking card payments cash only I usually leave decent reviews, but it seems like it’s always something and it’s only at Tallassee.

The food was what I’d expected, but the service not so much. I went through the drive thru around 8-ish. There was another car blocking the first lane as if they were still deciding so I went to the second lane and waited. The car in the first lane finally creeps to the second lane and got their order taken immediately. No big deal though. When the lady began to take my order, I told her I had a pickup order. Sometimes, they ask for name, sometimes they ask for code, sometimes they ask if it’s a deliver order so I didn’t say my code outright. She asked “are you gonna tell me your order?” (first impression of her btw). I told her, “You never asked but my code is ####.” Then, she acted like I was speaking a different language as if she didn't hear a word I was saying. Once I told her my code, I waited but no response. My order showed on screen, so I just pulled around. When I got to the window, she just stared at me. Then said, “did you have a coffee?” I said, “No, I have a pickup order.” Then she told me to go to the next window without even offering a receipt. I would mention her name, but I don't have a receipt so…however, the girl at the second window was extraordinary and very sweet!

Every single time I got to tallassee McDonald's my food is always messed up and they can't get nothing right most the time. Someone needs to improve this place because now the food isn't hardly even good. I got their bundles they have advertised on the fence and everything I got out of the drive through was wrong once again, had to send my mother in law in to get it fixed then I get home and everything they fixed is dry as all get out, my fries are soggy, luckfully most of the chicken nuggets were okay for my daughter to eat. This is ridiculous.

I would rate this store better, but I'm 3 for 3 checking my online order, only to check the bag, while in the drive through, only to find 2 or more items missing. Associates do fix the problem, but with an attitude like I was being wrong. In short, to get a better review, make sure orders match BEFORE handing me my bag of food.

Every time I go here there is a rude black women at the second window being rude after asking me to pull up to the number 1 spot for big orders and all I said was I think we only ordered 2 large fries and then she started to be rude and tell me I was gonna get cold fries if I didn’t park at the reserve spots and I refused to and I sat right were I was and the second she slammed the window shut she was opening the window and handing me my order the fries were fresh and hot I’m tired of being treated like trash when I’m just trying too enjoy some good fries from this place if this happens agin Il sit on the phone for 5 hours until someone at corporate picks up and my wife couldn’t even eat her fries before having to go into work because she was so pissed about this issue please resolve this unpleasant situation !!!!!!!!

I know this place is getting over a long history of negative service, but the past several times I've been has really been great.
I go morning shift on Saturdays and everyone is nice and the food is fresh!
Tonight I went for dinner @6:44 12/6/24 and the food was fresh and everything! But I really loved my speaker/first window guy. The person at the second window told me his name is Jamari, if I heard correctly. So, thank you guys! And thank you Jamari !
