I would rate this store better, but I'm 3 for 3 checking my online order, only to check the bag, while in the drive through, only to find 2 or more items missing. Associates do fix the problem, but with an attitude like I was being wrong. In short, to get a better review, make sure orders match BEFORE handing me my bag of food.
I know this place is getting over a long history of negative service, but the past several times I've been has really been great.

I don't understand how a busy restaurant is serving cold food. I started doing counter-pickup bc curbside took forever hoping the cold food issue would be resolved but they just hand you bags of cold food there too.
