Drove to the location 20 min after ordering, it wasn’t busy, they hadn’t even started making my order but claimed it was “in the oven.” Had to wait another 10 min for it to cook and they made the pizza with regular crust instead of stuffed crust so I overpaid for it. Not worth trying this place again. 7:30 9/9/2024

Pizza Hut didn’t have a driver when we wanted to order pizza so we gave Papa Johns a shot. Got told delivery would take 30 minutes. Order was placed around 6:25pm and arrived around 7:20ish. We waited close to an hour for a pizza that came hardly even warm. It was cold by the time I put it on my toddlers plate and sat down to eat. Definitely won’t be ordering from them again. Very disappointing. It would seem the standards have changed for the worse since I worked there. At least the pizza tasted okayish ?

Always great experiences at Papa Johns. They made sure my promo code was properly adjusted on my account so that I could recieve as much as a discount as possible. Everyone is alwasys courteous, and very helpful. This is a GREAT place to grab a snack or a nice meal.

Have always loved Papa Johns but after tonight that all changed. The pizza was cold and undercooked. The cheese on the pizza was not even melted. I was very disappointed. I’d been better off going to little Caesar’s pizza. Their pizza is actually better and you come out better money wise because their pizza is half the price as Papa John’s. My husband picked up the food and while he was in there he witness bad customer service. To be a new business you would think they would go the extra mile for their customers but that is not the case. I don’t see how this Papa John’s is going to stay in business. They need to change before it is too late.

Do Not Order from the website. I ordered square cut 4 times and recieved regular cut everytime. Make sure you check your order!
