We stopped by this burger king on our way home from a playoff game in Jackson. It was after 10pm and we were about to begin a four hour drive home. The staff were courteous, professional and kind. One of our sandwiches wasn't right and they quickly fixed it. They even wished us safe travels on our way home. A big thank you to everyone working!! You definitely started our trip off right!!
The lady that took our order was very polite and professional. Everything was going well until the manager started questioning everyone’s actions. My order then went to another customer. The staff remade my order and got it right.
I always order the biggest chicken fires because that means they have to make them. Not today, they had them sitting on ready before we even paid for the order. I ordered have-sies but only got fries. I didn't complain because sometimes you just pick and choose your battles.
