Bad experience today, The Shift that worked the evening around 17:00 all had attitudes. First, I was in line for over 5 minutes and no one answered me for service. Drove up to the window for the person working that area with the headset to tell me I was lying after I asked her if it was it working. Placed an order, and was told to drive down. Park my truck and went inside because I forgot to tell them I needed honey for the biscuits. As I'm waiting after about 10 minutes one of the staff went in the back to reset something for the headset to start back working after they notice ppl driving off and they didnt hear a beep on the inside to let them know someone was at the menu to place order. I had to wait 15 minutes on dark meat spicy only to get the order and drive home in less than 3 minutes to take food out two orders of chicken tenders were old, the French fries cold, the okra old as crap and they forgot to give me the jalapeño sauce and ranch. I was so pissed I just threw the food away.

7:45 I pull up and the person inside sees me walking towards the door and locks it. There are people inside. Seemingly eating. It's nowhere near closing time, so why on Earth lock the door on me as I'm walking toward it I guess that's a little more money you won't make tonight. Church's Chicken is good, but I swear I don't know how any of these restaurants are still open

I haven’t been to church’s since my last bad experience in Choctaw county and I have to say Miss Kanisha in the Thomasville location was very friendly and helpful while placing our rather large order. She didn’t even seem to mind when I changed my mind about what I was having. Thank you Kanisha B for your service today.

I ordered chicken for a church event which started at 2 PM August 3. I came in got my order. The guy walked away from the counter. I was assuming that was everything I got halfway and they called me and told me I left part of my food I was so upset. I had to turn around and go back. The man who waited on me looked like he was high . The service I received was horrible .
