I had a GREAT experience at this location on Saturday evening (10/05). I didn't get the two employees names...but they were the absolute friendliest people!!! I was even called by my name when I entered the door! I tried to call the store to get their names, but the phone number listed wasn't working properly. My wraps I ordered were done perfect!! Thanks for a great customer experience!

Stopped by on my way home from work to pickup dinner for the family (5 of us). And the two gentlemen fixing sandwich’s were absolutely phenomenal. I was doing the usual, reading off of my notes app what everyone wanted and these guys were quick, the food was delicious, and they were incredibly personable to not only myself but others in line and in the restaurant.This was around 5:00 on 02-15-24. I hate I didn’t get their names so I hope a manager or someone is able to read this review and give the guys the “kudos” they deserve.

The young gentleman preparing for us didn't follow my grandsons wishes. He asked for a small amount, and the workers put so much on it that we were unable to eat the food. When you're traveling, all you can do is without if they don't get your food right. First bad experience at this one, though.
Kid-friendliness: The younger ones were pleased enough to be able to eat there's.

Do the owners/management even care about this store anymore?I’m getting really tired of driving all the way out that way for the store to be closed or to be out of everything. I’ve supported this store over Wetumpka for years just because I liked the people that used to work there and I wanted to support Titus, but I’m getting so tired of driving out there only to see a closed store or a store that can’t even get supplies to make my favorite items.Wetumpka and Titus Subway are about the same distance away from my house, but I’m getting sick of driving out to Titus and having to turn around and go to Wetumpka anyway. Gas is getting too pricey to be doing all of that driving. Please fix your store or I’m going to have to stop coming. I don’t like change, so I’d prefer to continue supporting you guys, but this is getting ridiculous.… and for the love of all things that are good in this world… PLEASE TEACH YOUR SANDWICH ARTISTS that all footlong sandwiches are supposed to be cut in half. You guys have like 3 employees that refuse to cut your sandwich in half unless you tell them to. Then they say “You have to ask us to cut them, we don’t do that anymore.” I worked at Subway for years and I’m pretty sure that isn’t even true!

This place is ridiculous.. They open and close when they want. Once two guys working said they had already mopped and were closing when it was only 8:00pm on a Friday. And now two girls at 6:00pm said they were closed because they were training.

Used to work there. Food isn’t fresh and too much drama between employees. Honestly just drive the extra few miles to wetumpka at least they have a sandwich press which is definitely your moneys worth. Also Titus overcharges for no reason and their food is worst. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.
