We ordered ice cream for our summer school teachers. Ordering a larger pickup order was easy. Service was excellent. Owners were flexible and patient with my selection process, offering a list of the most popular flavors. The ice cream was stored until we picked up to keep it from melting. Come on! Handling cones with no gloves!!!!!! It’s a health department state law you wear gloves when you touch food!!! Horrible. Train the kids properly.

I've been several times and love the various flavors of ice cream and the ability to sit outside in the picnic area. Team members are friendly and welcoming. I absolutely love the pup cup that they offer our dog family members.

Friendly customer service and quick service at the store and the ice cream truck. The team was recently a vendor at a large cookout of almost 1,500 Bama Alumni; everyone talked about how fast the service was and that the team members were friendly and helpful.

Kid-friendliness: There were parents with kids each time I visited. And they all seemed to be having fun. There are tables in the area so families can sit and enjoy their ice cream.

Amazing customer service. The owners are philanthropists. They pour back into our young people! They love educators too! I'm in the drive through at least once a week. Sea Salt Caramel or White turle won't disappoint!

Kid-friendliness: My daughter's fave is the blue monster(all I know is that it's blue). Last week she tried chocolate.

The good reviews are obviously bogus! After waiting 35 minutes of placing my order, I noticed people after me were getting their orders. When I went to the window I was told my order got crossed off the list. I decided that I wanted my money back. After talking to 3 more people, I finally got a refund 8 more minutes later. Total of 44 minutes of my life I won't get back.

This is only a walk up and order location. If you're looking for an air-conditioned inside location to enjoy ice-cream, this is not it.
