Bruster's Real Ice Cream

Bruster’s Ice Cream never disappoints! The moment you walk up, you’re greeted with smiles and that sweet smell of fresh waffle cones — pure happiness in the air! 😋 The ice cream is always creamy, rich, and full of flavor (I swear they put joy in every scoop!). The staff is friendly, patient, and makes sure you get exactly what you’re craving. It’s the perfect spot for a little treat, a family outing, or a “just because” moment. The ice cream was delicious, the waiter was very nice and pleasant. We sat on the outdoor seating under the trees and a pine needle fell kn my ice cream but we still enjoyed everything. Great visit.

I’ve been here twice, and been disappointed twice. The biggest issue to me was the Dubai chocolate ice cream I was so excited to try— it was horrible. I had to throw it away. I think they may have had almond extract and the nasty fake pistachio flavor in it? My husband shared his mudslide and that genuinely was delicious. I think I always order the wrong flavors (some Carmel swirl last time was sickeningly sweet and I also tossed it— I know it sounds like I just don’t like ice cream, but I LOVE ice cream!!) The other issue has been service. When we inquired about flavors the teens working seemed annoyed to be helping or answering questions. It was also slow that day, and I felt like we were interrupting their vibe of hanging out at work. Overall, with between taste and service, not the worst experience, but not the best either!

My biggest way Bruster’s could improve would be having notes about what each flavor is so we don’t have to ask (I don’t know what would be in Graham central station for example) and letting people try a sample of one or two flavors. As well as a little staff refresher on customer service!

My go-to ice cream spot... hands down the BEST in town!!!! I'm a huge fan of milkshakes, and this place is definitely the bomb. I also shared the menu... I’m sure you’ll love it just as much as I do.

Great staff and flavors to choose from. Every time we go we LOVE it. It's fun to eat our ice cream out on the picnic tables provided. They are in a nice shaded area.

Best Butter Pecan ice cream!!!!

Yesterday, I visited Bruster’s for the very first time, and I have to say, the experience was absolutely amazing. From the moment I walked up to the window, I was greeted with kindness and professionalism. The two employees working that day, Bilal and Amari, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of.

They were both incredibly patient and helpful, answering my questions and offering great suggestions. Bilal, in particular, took the time to help me decide on a flavor, and he recommended the White Turtle. I’m so glad I took his advice — it was delicious! Creamy, flavorful, and just the right balance of sweet and salty.

Amari was just as friendly, making the whole ordering process smooth and enjoyable. It’s clear that both of them genuinely care about the customer experience and take pride in their work. It’s rare to come across service like this nowadays, especially from such young employees.

I left with a smile on my face and a new favorite ice cream spot. I’ll definitely be back soon, and I’ll be sure to recommend Bruster’s to my friends and family. Big shoutout to Bilal and Amari for making my first visit so memorable!
