I came to this establishment during lunch hours last Wednesday, November 26th, 2025 and it was a very pleasant experience. I ordered and talked with a young lady name Keziah and she had the best attitude. She was very helpful when it came to ordering and was very polite. She’s always a pleasure to chat with when I come in. I look forward to more great food and interactions in the coming future!

Need a manger who will be on site to monitor these young adults who spent more time playing than getting orders rights. And then getting an attitude when you waiting an extra 15 minutes for your correct order . Only one young lady in the establishment acted with sense. Shout out to her.

it's horrible, has been for a while. about 2 years ago corporate sent a fixer manager and he was great,he fixed it. but it take but a few weeks after he left and back to crap. eating there from day 1 now I can't go back
Horrible horrible... they have Pepsi products and advertise pepsi.. whish is fine all of this chain carries Pepsi. They literally ONLY had Pepsi and diet Pepsi (and was out of diet pepsi) and dr pepper and diet dr pepper.. that is it!!! Staff was uncaring about anything, either food or their lack of drink choices. Glad I don't live in the area, because either will not be back.

I’m giving this particular store one star for service and if I could give a lessor rating I would. The shift lead, the African American lady with the blonde hair, was very rude and disrespectful. She took my order incorrectly, via the driveway, after I repeated the order three times. She gave me the wrong order for my husband (hand breaded catfish) and when I brought to her attention she repeatedly insinuated that I didn't order that but instead ordered the regular fish. My husband was in car when I ordered and told her three times what I wanted. And when I was inside the store returning the food she bluntly stated, in front of customers, that “I’m not the one”. If this representation of how Captain D’s employees are to act and treat their customers then I want , and will not advised anyone, to spend their money at this store. This person should not be allowed to work in the fast food industry with this aggressive attitude. And she doesn’t show good leadership skills in front of the other employees. I will not be visiting this store again and will be contacting corporate office to file a formal complaint.
