Husband stopped in this afternoon to pick up our dinner. First, got order wrong and charged wrong price. Several customers walked out because of wait one even demanded his money back. We ordered from their new menu and employees didn’t even know what the fisherman platter was. Had to look at board to see. After waiting 30 minutes he got some food but lord I am scared to look when he gets home what we actually got. Probably will have to order somewhere else for dinner. We shall see…..

Stopped in for lunch while in town and was rewarded with great service and good food. The lady behind the counter was so pleasant as she waited on us at the counter, car in the drive through and brought food out to the customer sitting at the tables. She never complained once and always had a smile on her face. This is what makes for a great location. The food came out as ordered hot and fresh. It’s always delicious regardless of what location you stop at. When I’m back in town I will return to this location for a meal again. Highly recommend this place to anyone.

The cook did a great job! Everything else was a zero! I ordered a platter togo and it took 6 minutes from the time I asked for the meal to the time I paid. The worker was all over the place. The order I placed to eat there was missing a drink. When multiple other workers came in, it seemed like social hour. A veteran came in after us and ordered. While we ate we noticed we needed a few more pieces of fish. Our order and the veterans order was mixed up. Please note this location wasn’t busy and had just a few orders in the drive through. They took about 15 minutes to remake the veterans food. While that was happening a woman who worked there and who had just clocked in went on break, ordered her food, plugged her phone up just behind the register and proceeded to make a call. Who ever she was speaking to she told them, if that other woman shows up here than she’ll basically fight her. While waiting for this woman to show up the worker ate her food. Customer service was horrible because the females up front mumbled, spoke extremely softly and you had to repeat yourself multiple times. The veteran asked for vinegar/malt and the lady couldn’t understand him but we did and my fiancé was able to get it for him. Practically the whole crew came out while we were eating to talk to the co-worker about the approaching fight. They were not quiet about it at all. I was very uncomfortable and told my fiancé, it’s time to go. As we were leaving the argument fired up outside and I rushed my 10 year old daughter into our truck and told my fiancé to get us out of here! As we were pulling out the manager came out. Never again will we go to this Captain D’s!

We tried them twice before I judged. The first time we spent $70, the next $50. Service was decent. We had about a five minute wait at the drive thru speaker before placing our order. No one was in the parking lot or in front of us. The gentleman was pleasant at the speaker. We asked that our fish be cooked fresh, because the previous time it was cold. We received old fish that was dropped back in the grease. Most of it was so hard that you couldn’t tell if the fish had any meat to it or just breading. The Mac n chz was cold and one big clump. The coleslaw was room temperature. We will not be returning.

There is no reason why I should be served fish with PLASTIC in it. Literal plastic. Also the chicken tenders were puny and they were basically all breading. The drive thru window had no help and you could not understand the lady taking our order. The only redeemable quality was that the food was hot. But that didn’t stop the 1 inch sized chicken tenders, fish with PLASTIC in it and the undercooked hush puppies.I wish I could attach the picture of the sad looking chicken I received. This meal was $40!!!! Outrageous pricing.

I used the drive thru.My order was missing extra hushpuppiesThe green beans leaked liquid on my food so my fish n hushpuppies were mush.My stuffed crab were over cooked almost burned.I called the store after I got home n ask for the manager an in a rude voice I was asked why you want to talk to the manager.I told her I'm calling about my order I just got.She mumbled something n hung up on me.Called back n she ask what u want me to do.Why didn't u bring it back? I can promise u I won't be wasting my money there againThere's no excuse for being talk to so rudely.

I ordered a family feast with Mac and cheese and green beans. I patiently waited exactly 48 minutes in the drive thru to receive fish cooked in black oil, Mac in cheese with maybe 3 scoops in it and burned cheese on the side of the container. This is extremely bad service. I was patient when the manager said they was out of okra, hush puppies, tartar sauce and that they was cooking out of 1 pot. I asked him if the order was correct and he assured me it was, only for ke to arrive home to a mess. This is awful and I would never provide this type service to anyone. Beyond dissatisfied.

I placed an order online and when I arrived to pick it up it wasn't ready. (No big deal it was lunchtime) so, I patiently waited. There was a young lady up front and a couple of guys in the kitchen. A gentleman (white) entered the restaurant in front of me. He waited to be helped as well. The manager had come to the front after we both waited for a few minutes to be helped. She acknowledged him and had taken his order. She handed the gentleman his money (cash and in quarters) due to being short on change (bills) and stating she was getting ready to go to the bank (she was carrying a black change bag). He stepped back and she never acknowledged me. However, we made eye contact a few times. She never spoke to me and she went on to the back. The young lady in the front ignored me as well. The guy (in the hoodie) in the kitchen making orders saw me and asked me what I had from the kitchen. He asked if I had a online order. I replied yes. He then began to make my food and handed it into the pass through to the young lady working the front she bagged it and handed it to me sideways holding the bag by one handle (as if it worked her nerves to help me) after the guy in the kitchen told her whom I was several times, it was clear she didn't care. Now I never asked why my food wasn't ready when I arrived and I never got an attitude with anyone. So, why was I treated in such a poor manner? Who knows....The food quality? Not good at all. The salmon was very dry and and burned on the bottom and rice was overcooked and dry, coleslaw was hot and the broccoli was undercooked. I had already wasted half of my break waiting on the food that I ordered 15 minutes ahead of time before I arrived. I will take this as a lesson learned; I will never come back to this place again. The service was awful from the manager and the young lady and the food was terrible.

Absolutely ridiculous and disappointing order of funnel cake sticks. Hardly ANY powdered sugar on them at all!!!! The best part!!! The kids on the back preparing the food need to be more focused on their jobs than communicating and playing on their phones with their friends. Very disappointing and

This location is one of the best. The food is cooked perfectly and there's no "dirty oil" taste that is a problem at some locations. The drive through takes longer than normal but the food more than made up for the wait!
